“We had the unfortunate predicament of breaking down while on the way to vacation. Troy from Dillon Towing recommended Black’s Tire and Auto Service and they have exceeded our expectations. We got there right at closing but they assured us they would look at it first thing in the morning. Carlos has been in contact with us through the entire process. They were reasonably priced and got us back on the road in no time! They treated us like any other customer and didn’t try to rip us off even though we’re from out of town. Crystal at the front desk also recommended which battery to go with next time we get into any trouble and Carlos contacted Enterprise to have them allow us to leave the rental at the shop so we didn’t have to commute back to Enterprise to drop it off. Hopefully we won’t have any future trouble while traveling but if we do I will try my best to go here, they are wonderful!”
“Service on my Nissan Maxima was great and the only place I found in Pembroke that does front(all)wheel alignments. I thought the price was very reasonable as well. And just as important as the good service they provided on my vehicle, these guys also provide great customer service too. They were super friendly, with such upbeat and positive attitudes! The office was clean & they even had it decorated with some cool mancave style decor. As a woman, that caught my eye right away. And the cherry on top, they gave me a custom designed Brotherhood Automotive Resourses air freshner for my car that they provide each time you come in for service. To get something in return, other than a bill, is a first for me. I thoght it was very nice gesture and a small way to show appreciation to their customers! Great job guys. You just gained yourselves a return customer!!”
“I went to this place a few weeks prior of today to have my 2022 Challenger wide body Scatpack middle muffler swap for dynomax resonators and he check on it and told me to go the following week because it was the Friday before the 4th of July and he was going on vacation. I decided to go to a different awful place in Lumberton to get them done, bad choice. Anyway, I went back to have the rear mufflers swap and at first, he was giving me his opinion on why would I want to change them since they were straight exit both, I explained that they do sound better than OEM mufflers even though they are straight exit as well. He told me to put the car in the lift to check on the pipes for an accurate price for me to get the cash, I walked to the nearest ATM a couple blocks away for the cash and when I got back he already had one side almost done. He paid close attention to a detail work done in my car and even fix the middle resonators installed from the other awful place in lumberton, they had some leaks for their poor inspection and work done there, he fixed the problem even better for the same price. I will highly recommend this place and do business again soon!!!”

“Very friendly, great pricing and extremely fast service. Went in at 4:30pm without an appointment, with a tire that had started to shed apart. The woman at the desk was friendly and found a used version of the tire I needed for much less than a new one. One of the mechanics got to work on it right away and in 10 minutes we were heading out the door. Total price was less than $60. Will definitely be using their services in the future.”

“From out of town and coolant hose blew out. Tony worked me in fast and they took a bunch of stuff off the engine to get to the little problem hose. Repaired it and got me in my way in real good time. Charge was very reasonable. Highly recommend
