I guess this company does not have to follow the rules of the road. Excessive speeds in neighborhoods like mine is just OK with this company. So if YOU approve of dangerous driving by Your wrecker service, then YOU too can be disrespectful of others.I do not promote unsafe driving of wreckers, tow trucks or idoits. And would not use this business.

Always on time or ahead of time. The men are polite, know what they are doing. Do not mind trusting them with my car.

My car insurance company contacted Mitchell's for me, so I cant say how responsive they are. My driver called when he was about ten minutes out. When he arrived I told him I never had my car towed before. He explained the process, made sure I was comfortable with everything, and went about his work. She was quickly loaded and taken to the auto shop!

Justin was an absolutely AMAZING person. He was very polite, informed me of what was wrong with my tire and made me feel at ease with how friendly he was. His arrival was even earlier than anticipated and he made sure I safely got back on the road!

I had my pickup towed twice in the last two days by this company. The first experience when I was stranded on the side of the freeway at 6am was great. I was really impressed by the time it took to reach me and more than anything the customer service and care Dustin showed. When I needed to get my vehicle towed again the next day from the mechanic to my house I was happy to have Mitchell's doing the job. That all changed when the tow truck pulled up to my house. I had been watching for the driver but also expected a call when he pulled up so I could instruct where to drop off the vehicle. Before I could get out the door the driver, Ryan I believe, was already backed into my driveway. I could appreciate this I guess except my driveway is only one car wide which would block me being able to get my other vehicle out. When I quickly rushed over and explained I wanted the vehicle on the street in front of the house the driver was short and rude but said okay. He then proceeded to put the vehicle down right next to the mailbox. Also coming so close to hitting my mailbox that I went and stood by it, attempting to let the diver know how close he was to it on the last go as he repositioned to try backing up again. Ironically at the time the mailman was dropping of a package at the front door. I asked the driver to put the truck further down the street in front of the house. He argued at first and then said okay again. He then turned to the mailman who was parked almost far enough down the street to be in front of my neighbors house "HEY BUDDY, WOULD YOU MOVE!" The tone was incredibly rude and abrupt. I was stunned. The mailman was already getting ready to move. He just said he would and left quickly after making a quiet comment to me about how rude the driver was. I agreed. I wish I would have immediately spoke up and called his supervisor right then. The only time the driver wasn't rude was when he said have a good night right before leaving. I called the office as soon as I got inside. They we're glad to hear about the first experience and apologized about the second. I was told she would call the driver and let his supervisor know. I hope she did both and no one else is treated like this. In the end I didn't even get the vehicle as far down in front of my house as I wanted. I'll have to get help from some neighbors to push the vehicle down further so it's not in front of the driveway across the street.

I have to brag on your employee Ryan. He was very professional with handling my car. I had a flat tire and my BMW is very low to the ground. It was raining extremely hard. He took his time and was easy with my car. My husband and I were very impressed. Thanks again Mitchells Towing for employing Ryan!!! The Irbys

I wish I could give them zero stars but that's not an option. I had the unfortunate pleasure of interacting with Scott. He is a larger Caucasian male that felt it was just to yell at a his customer and tell her to push her own vehicle to be towed. I am barely 5' African American woman that had to endure this man yelling at me at my apartment complex. I'm standing outside in the cold and it's drizzling. My arms are wrapped around my body to keep my warmth in. I put my mask on prior to our encounter to be sure we are both protected (even though he's not wearing one and nor is his trainee) he's speaking very loudly at me, as if the mask blocks my ability to hear. He's asking me questions like he's going to fix my car but bc I don't fix cars I literally tell him how I have an appointment to get my starter replaced bc my car won't start with the keyless entry, howand now this morning manually it won't start. He's still speaking very loud (at this point my neighbors are coming out to see what's going on) egging me on to place a bet with him to test my level of competency. This is where the problem laid. I live in an apartment complex. I tried to get a jump to start my car but it's not my battery with a problem, it's my (remote) starter. So even though I'm not a car expert I'm not so pompous to believe I know everything. I spoke to the manager Lesley who didn't seem like she wanted to believe her worker was so disgustingly rude. Well my insurance agent got to hear this man yelling at me as well as my neighbors getting a full view of the injustice. I hate my insurance company has to even use them for any type of service but it was completely uncalled for.
