Carrier is squeezing bulk packages in mailbox that should be left on porch! It takes nothing to get out car & place on porch! Pulling package out mailbox can damage bulk packages & if my items get damaged Rowland Post office will be responsible!!! Carriers are just lazy!!

Clerk at counter has an attitude out of no where because he/she is upset that they don’t know what gender they want to be. Attitude problem & the post master is racist how does that look on a pose to be boss.

I've gone to the post office in Rowland on 2 different occasions to cash a postal money order and they didn't have enough money to cash it! One was for $40 and rhe other was fot $50. Come on now! Why don't they have enough money to cash one of their own mo? Ridiculous!
