Brookwood Apartments offers income-subsidized units from 1 to 4 bedrooms, with generally decent conditions and on-site laundry. The grounds look good, and the complex has experienced fewer crime incidents in recent years. However, some issues include dirty floors, peeling wall paint, and bugs entering through the roof fan. The stairs are squeaky and look like they might break. There is no regular bus service.

Poor landscaping and poor apartment conditions

Just watched the ABC11 story. Noone should be living in those standards. It shouldn't take a news reporter to have those issues addressed.

Use to be good apartments,been here since Dec.2015 and now gone to hell.im elderly and disabled and been trying since Dec.to get recertified but not been able to reach anybody.So yes I feel discrimination cause I'm old or disabled
