New Clean facility, however not to be trusted. The company is impossible to contact, a call center with no power but to take a note and pass it on is all you get. They have not repaired the inoperable door for months. I have been on a call with the call center customer service at least 4 times now reporting the problem, each call taking 30-45min of my time. There is only two ways into the facility, and one door does not work.After filling my two units, with great effort and cost in doing so, I now have gotten a noticed that they are increasing our rates by 10%!! Once again trying to get any management or someone who can act is impossible, and I was told that it should not be an issue as EVERYONE is being given a 10% increase. As if sticking it to all your customers, not some, makes this better. Who thinks that a 10% bait and switch on rental cost is acceptable? They simply do not care, you might as well be doing business with an automated phone bot, there is no difference at all.No recourse to issues for customers, zero faith in facility maintenance, shady practices, zero expectation that they care about you or your storage issues... That tells me I need to find another option and you should to.UPDATE to response from owner: how can I contact you? I have proven repeatedly that your process is broken somehow. You have my name, please feel free to reach out through my contact info on file. I have NOT received stellar service, I have wasted several hours trying to get maintenance on the access door, and I have gotten a 10% increase in my bill after not getting the service I paid for. And, I have seen nothing but alienation and disconnect from your customers as your model. I wish it wasn't the case, and I am glad to speak with someone other than the call center at any time.
