I ordered a new iPhone 17. I was told I would receive a text or call when it came in. I waited for about 10 days… did not hear anything. I stopped by the store and the female clerk refused to process my order because she stated the original clerk had to complete the sale. I had to return when the original clerk was working.

Sales staff helped me when I was in dire need of a new phone. Even though I have new payments for the new phone, they managed to adjust my account and get rid of features I don't even use. My bill is less each month than it was without the new payment.
