Palace Point is a 5 out of 5 place to be! Everything is so much fun and amazing! And there's something to do for everyone! From bowling to skating to arcade games to watching a movie to eating at the delicious restaurant/tavern, it's spectacular! As well as the workers there are all super nice, helpful, and friendly!! Great job, and keep up the good work!

There are so many fun things to do here! It’s a great place to come on a date or as a family. The food is delicious and all the activities are so fun! We’ve been to special events and they go ALL OUT! They have extra things available to set it apart and let you celebrate in a fun, safe environment.

Not sure about a date night? This place has it all! Food, movies, bowling, axe throwing, arcade, skating and dueling dragons. It was fun for our whole family. We will be back.

Giving 1 star as a WARNING if you go roller skating here…currently sitting in the ER with my mother who broke her wrist when getting off rink. There’s a “hidden lip” between the wood and carpet that she fell on. Two other families have been here with us who’s children also fell on that lip and broke their arms. The nurse told one of them that apparently 5 people have come in today with the same thing.
So if you go skating here, be careful when getting on and off the rink!

I have really, really wanted this place to succeed after the pandemic, but I just can’t anymore.
For the record, I have messaged privately after previous experiences, I’ve refused comps for bad service, but today was the last straw.
The Crazy Dragon was empty when I brought my son in for lunch this afternoon. We ordered and waited.
And waited.
And waited.
I finally had to go search for someone to find out where our food was.
“Sorry, we only have one person in the kitchen.”
That is not my problem.
Almost 45 minutes after ordering, we finally got food. In a completely empty restaurant. When I asked to talk to someone in charge (before the food was even delivered), the manager offered a 10% discount. I told him he could take all of the food back because I wasn’t paying for a damn thing at that point.

As a local business owner, my family understands the importance of supporting other businesses in our area. Palace Pointe is no exception and as a young family of 4, we always enjoy our time at PP. A solid variety of entertainment (arcade, bowling, skating, movie theater, dining) for a reasonable price and the convenient food options are quite tasty. It’s a little gem in Person County and I’m glad we live so close! There will be many more trips to PP in the future!
