Palace pointe used to be the spot. Not so much anymore. Came here the other night and it took over an hour to get our food. There wasn’t an apology or a reason or anything either just a “oh”. The bartender completely ignored us until we said something and he was on his phone… used to love this place. Don’t think I’ll be going back and we drive 45 minutes to come here. This last experience was definitely the last straw.

DISGUSTING. BOWLING BALLS NOT CLEANED, NO HAND SANITIZER, FLOORS AT BOWLING ALLEY ARE SLIPPERY (my sister broke her leg on it) AND WORST, OVERPRICED AND THE ARCADE GIVES YOU LITERALY 2 TICKETS ON A 1000 POINT GAME. MISLEADING BUMPER KARTS. If you like corporate schemes, you should love this!

We love coming here, family friendly! Never too crowded where we can’t enjoy ourselves!

I've had some great fun times here...do wish the arcade was still bigger but I do approve of the several add-ons they've done

Super cool place the only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is the restaurant is NEVER ready at 12 they make it impossible to come eat and go see the first movie , they open at 12 have 1 waitress and it’s always 12:15-12:30 before you actually get waited on even if you get there at 12 ( and this has been on multiple occasions)

Excellent place for a date night with the wife, or girlfriend. Great atmosphere for kids as well. From the bowling alley, to the game room, restaurant & movie theater, it was really awesome! What a Gem! Fun, for the whole family! Highly recommend this place.?

“Isn’t too bad, there’s not really any good movies and a bit pricey even paying for kids that say they wanna skate but don’t wanna skate”

If you have kids, at some point, you are going to attend a birthday party here. They do a great job of it. There's enough parking here for a big league baseball game. Adequate parking and entry for handicapped persons as well. I am always kind of pleasantly surprised at the diversity of the people in attendance at Palace point. It's a 20-minute ride from the north end of Durham.

I suggested this place for a nice family afternoon get together. It was great with the bowling and arcade, but our experience in the Crazy Dragon restaurant was just crazy bad. Food took over one hour to come out and appetizers and entrees came out at the same time. No server or manager came over to say anything about food taking awhile and not even a server or manager to as about drinks refills during this time. Only after we were eating did they say the kitchen was crazy. I don’t know what means but food was okay except the fried chicken sandwich was just a bunch of Chicken tenders over cooked and thrown on a bun.For those planning to go, just order something at the bar to eat while you bowl. Fries and other fried snacks were really good

Amazing place. Tons of fun stuff to do. Bowling, arcade, areas to hold functions and food. Basketball was on while we were there. Great atmosphere.

Not over full .. you you can take your whole family 0-100 yrs old .. only one disappointment, the arcade room & ticket redemption… not enough arcades to earn , enough points for anything memorable— 8000 points for for a squishy mellow.. & only 3-4 arcades to really earn points .. so my kids left with dollar tree toys , but we should have looked at the prizes prior to playing .. plenty of parking , not a lot of employees… food at the skating area was affordable, food at the tavern (alcohol beverages) was crazy expensive… but we went to skate , & have some pizza $18 (whole large cheese only) $3-$5 drinks common prices .. but, if your looking to play arcade’s, I don’t suggest this .. if you want to skate , bowl , throw axes … then have at it :)

Staff is rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend this establishment so unfortunate this is the only local attraction.Tonight we decided to go bowling! Get there they tell us a 30 minute wait. No problem we took the kids to the arcade at the “35” minute mark I walk back over there to check the status of our wait, the “little girl” at the counter tells me she sent a message but it must not have gone thru. So I’m like how long do we have left she tells me that she has to clean off the area of the lane on the right hand side and then we would be good to go I’m like ok that’s cool so I step to the side so she can continue with the line and I ended up waiting another 30-40 minutes (check your cameras you will see) NO APOLOGIES just attitude when I asked again what was going on. I would never match energy when a child disrespects me so I asked to speak to the Manager I was informed the Manager “Hezekiah Evans” was on a break. No resolution or anything we left. #DoBetter
