Melissa (cashier) was very helpful!
The groomers didn't let me take before pictures, told me I would get 1st haircut envelope with some of their fur (I didn't get), and then charged me for extra services that I didn't even get (or ask for!) I was not very pleased.

Extraordinary sales and service staff. Grooming is cheaper than our Vets service. And just as nice of a job to boot !

I have 5 cats, so we visit the store at least once a month, and the staff is always friendly. If we have a question, they can find an answer. My friends also use Petsense for her 2 dogs, and she visits about every 2 weeks. She has always been pleased as well.

Went here for a year. Never had an issue other than ppl were short… but that happens these days! 12/2 groomer (was suppose to be Logan) manager says it was Logan. We picked up 1 dog with shaver burns.. would not stop shaking, crying for a day. An er vet visit had to be made. She love being brushed, groom & now if she hears any noise she shakes uncontrollably. 2 dog went for ONLY a bath. She received a “summer” cut in 12 degree weather. 3rd dog (thank goodness) did not need to be groomed at this time. Spoke to manger 12/4 promised a refund. Spoke to assistant manager 2/11 wanted to refund vet bills too. I told here that was not necessary.… she said she would call back in an hr or 2… nothing. It is 2/14 & nothing. When I called today, Betsy was so rude & acted like I was bothering her when I asked to speak to the manager over grooming. I wish I would have had warning of how ppl were here. When you you only drop dogs off… you just think they are busy. I just got a puppy & I would never trust this store again. Maybe if accountability happened… mistakes happen. But blowing ppl off after you offer a refund. I never asked for. I just wanted to know what happened. I had to post because I can’t be the only one this has happened to. Waiting on the district manager to call… honestly atp IM OVER it.

Visited the groomers on 12/2/23 our dog was burned by the shaver so bad we had to take to er vet. Other dog was suppose to only get a bath... was cut down so no fur as if it was summer in 12 degree weather. Manager promised refund. Til today 2/14/24 NOTHING. When you call the store "Betsy" is so rude & wont allow you to speak to the manager. Our groomer was suppose to be Logan. Manager said that's also who she had as groomer. We always asked for her & idk what went wrong on this day.

They were out of the ear medicine that I wanted. The manager, I guess she is, called Tractor Supply, the Company that also owns Petsense, they had the medicine and surprise is was several dollars cheaper! What's up with that?

3/5 times I come to buy crickets, y'all are out. I might as well just drive to Durham instead so I don’t waste my time. Really stinks considering I’d rather shop here!

Great atmosphere ! The place is clean and they always have some cute clothes for your pets. Prices vary. They had some cute costumes for Halloween. Got to play around with some. I posted my baby below !! The customer service is great !!
