I give this store one star because I entered the store no one greeted me I walked around about 3 mins still no acknowledgment of being in the store. Finally a gentleman to whom want a salesman helped me and I asked his name he said James and I asked about a apple product and he had a guy name Chris to assist and then he let management know I needed assistance and I waited 33 mins standing at the front desk and with the First Gentleman James and the manager asked 3 people could he help them before asking me and I was there first. And after looking directly in my face the manager still did not say can I help you and someone will be with you in a few… I try to support the hometown business however I do not support racism and being shunned or ignored. However if you go and the gentian name James will acknowledge you and Chris will help you. Other than that the products look great in this store but the new employees are no match to the ones they let go or transferred they really helped anyone beyond Schewels.

How on Earth are you having a sale but only 1 refrigerator that was already out for display which made it a used item, not new!!!! If I didn't need a refrigerator so bad I would have NEVER WENT IN THERE!! DONT WORRY I WONT BE BACK.

I’ve shopped here over the last 20 years and I must say today wasn’t a good experience. They sold me a chair that was already sold to someone else. Had to have it taken off the truck. Then another item I clearly said add to my ticket was sold to someone else. Very unorganized today and staff didn’t know what they were doing. Very disappointed in todays visit

A lift chair was purchased the last week of August. Upon delivery problems were experienced but the delivery person got it to work. The next day the chair didn't work. T.M. called to report problem. Diane came out the next day to check out the problem and confirmed that it was not working. She said a new chair would be provided. TM had to go to the hospital and rehab. Upon her return on 9/30 she followed up to get the replacement chair. She was told that the manager was out and no one else can resolve the matter. In the interim TM is having difficulty moving about because she doesn't have a functional chair. Need immediate action to replace the chair before additional health issues are created or refund of purchase price (paid cash). Was told it takes 10 days to get a refund. This is totally unacceptable customer service. I can't imagine a business that can't take action because the manager is not there. Make this right by replacing the chair immediately.

We bought this recliner two years ago and kept a cover on it but the material was so cheap that it wore and fell apart. We had purchased furniture protection plan but they denied claim saying it’s natural wear and tear. I’ve had another Amish made chair for years and doesn’t show any ear. I would never buy anything else from this company.

My mom ordered and is paying on a new oven. She was promised delivery and installation. They neglected to tell her that the ovens no longer come with cords. The drivers took the cord off the old one and rerefused to finish the install. He gave myMother and daughter the basics and left. We called an electrician just the find out that the driver broke my grounding prong. Had my daughter been able to get everything plugged back up she would've been electrocuted or my whole grid would've been blower. This is absolutely unnaceptable.
