Place was nasty as hell, workers hotboxing the living hell with vapes in the bathroom, didnt even wash their hands, tried to get food and found a half eating sandwich with a pregnancy test in my bag, saw workers snoking weed in the back. This is not acceptable!

The Sheetz in Roxboro, NC is very clean inside the store. My problem is the food is not fresh. I got the breakfast pizza and it was old and cold. I went another time and I asked the mgr on duty if the fries were fresh and her response to me was, we don’t batch our food, it’s always fresh. Well, 5 minutes later she brought me cold fries and they were not fresh. The hotdogs had chili but they weren’t cooked.
I didn’t say anything but I am here now telling my story. I don’t recommend this location. The mgr is light skinned and young. Maybe she needs a little more training to make sure everything is fresh.

I would like to give a shout out to Myra at the register, Talecia in the kitchen, and Liz the manger for creating something that I wanted but was not on the menu on the date of 01.13.2025. Thank y'all so much for the great and awesome hospitality as well as great customer service. They get 20 stars from me.

I don't know what it was about tonight if they have new staff or what? But I just had the most pleasant experience. Every single person there tonight went above and beyond when they did not have to I just could not be happier. I haven't had a good experience in sheets in years and I just want to say, whatever staff is on tonight. Well, I hope you keep them on and I hope you give them a raise... Just exemplary

7/8/24 stopped getting had here. Can't scan my CC, ONLY PUMP 8 WORKED!! it's rigged. Ive already been scammed or $100, by putting my card on the slot. Went to all the pumps. SCAMMERS. HERE I COME SHE'LL! If you cant scan cc DC at gas pump AVOID!!! Update 5/16/24. Just ordered and PAID for whole, not half, sub. Actually got a whole sub! Thank you! From ? to ??? I know theyre slow, but they have NO help and multi-tasking like crazy. DO NOT stick your CC,/ DC, in any of the gas pumps, especially Number 3, it ripped me off EXACTLY $100.00. Be wary! Whenever I used to come in for food, they ALWAYS got it wrong. And don't bother calling them, they NEVER answer..like I said, I USED to frequent this location...

Worst Sheetz ever no service.... Cashier see you at window still ignore you go back to doing what ever after waiting on another customer and seeing me there..... I won't go back ( Saturday June 1st 2024) remember this Day????

Customer Service is excellent! I gave this rating because there was no syrup in most of the fountain drinks. Also, when I worked next door & got out around 2 am, there was usually a 30-minute wait on any food orders. The food is great tho!
