Purchased a suspension replacement for an air ride on my Mercedes dealt with Tammy in customer service and I couldn't be happier, I can't speak to quality yet since I'm waiting to install

Would give 0 stars if I could. Unprofessional and moronic service staff refused to help me clear the fraud hold on my purchase. Called at least 5 times over 2 days to try and resolve this. Screwed me over in a major way, shocking that these people are still in business.

So disappointed. I placed an order for parts on 7/16/25. I wasn’t notified until today that the order was going to be cancelled for fraud. I ordered the parts with my card, but put the order my husbands name. This made the shipping and billing address different from each other, making them flag it. This happens, no worries. My husband and I call customer service, explain the situation, and confirm my information. After everything, our order was still canceled. The woman we spoke to on the phone was dismissive and unprofessional. I just wanted to fix my car. :(

The sales people when I called were extremely helpful and polite.
I installed the Strutmasters coil conversion kit on my 2006 Lexus GX 470 to replace the factory air ride system, which had started to fail. The total cost, including front struts and installation, came out to about $1,800. That’s less than half of what it would’ve cost to restore the OEM system—just the compressor alone was over $1,600.
The conversion did what I needed it to do: it got me back on the road reliably without sinking thousands into a 19-year-old vehicle. That said, be aware of the tradeoffs. The ride quality is noticeably rougher than the original air suspension—still acceptable, but not nearly as smooth. Also, the rear now rides a little higher, giving the car a slightly nose-down stance that’s not ideal visually.
Still, I don’t regret the decision. This has been a very reliable vehicle, and with the suspension conversion, it will continue to serve us well for a few more years. Given its age and resale value (probably $5–6K max), restoring the original system didn’t make financial sense. The conversion was a practical solution for a well-used but dependable SUV.

I bought a set for a CL500 Mercedes, the car rides and drives fine. I don't know about longevity, but the ride height is too high. I was told to drive it until they wore in. 2000 miles later it's no different. It sits higher than the high setting on the ABC system. I emailed back saying I will have to cut a coil off if they have no resolution and they have me on ignore. Clearly they have no resolution. I would go with adjustable struts unless you are okay with it sitting higher than stock.

Do Not buy these struts! I have a Lexus LS460 and it needed a set of strut. They used to use KYB shock absorbers for the buid, But Not anymore. Instead, it's a generic brand under their glide ride label and being sold for double or triple the price. what they use for the build is something made by FCS automotive or at least the set that they sent me was made by FCS which I could buy them in parts store for less than half the price that they charged me. Never strut master again

While initially I was glad for their product, 3 years in it's a massive disappointment. Absolute waste of money. I'm on my second set of front suspension which started to squeak 6 months into purchase. Denied warranty by asking me to try different things for 10 months and then asking me to buy a 3rd set at 'discounted price'. Absolutely disappointed with their so called support. Their technical guy Jeff was no help at all other than to delay issue and deny warranty
Update: left a review on their insta page and the comment was deleted. Speaks volumes in my opinion

Make sure not to speak with Tami the country accent women on the phone. She'll aggressively try and send you an invoice instead of providing you with good customer service. If you refuse she will then put on you on hold several times and answer the phone like she never spoke with you and proceed by acting petty until you are forced to hang up. I'm sorry i did not help you get a commission and I hope strutmasters can provide you with a living wage so you don't have to treat people that way. I would like this message to get to a decision maker so that the employees can be well compensated so they are not forced to ruin your name in an attempt to gain a commission. Good luck!

Would not buy again. Ever. The first set of magnaride front suspension they sent me for 2009 GMC Yukon Denali did fit but did not match the picture as advertised and were very loud and clunky. They did send me a replacement set that actually looked like the picture that were much better but lasted no longer than one year. After that, they completely failed and were sending a service soon suspension code with a horrible ride. After that, they offered me a very small rebate on the next set, which is not worth it. I suggest looking around and finding other options for about a third of the price it is available. Never buying from strutmasters again! They should last longer than a year. I had horrible luck with the 2 sets I had. Overpriced as well. Good day

Would not purchase again. Mercedes GL550 and the welds have broken 3 times now in 3 different places. Solution offered to me was to purchase adaptors for the “new design”.

I ordered a set of camber bolts that were listed as being for a 2010-2016 Panamera and they sent me the wrong part. I took my car to a professional mechanic to have them installed and the mechanic said it was not the right bolt and didn’t fit. After having difficulty reaching them by both phone and email, I filed a credit card dispute. I also sent the part back to them. The next week, I receive a phone call from a rep from the company saying that they received the part back but telling me to remove the credit card dispute and then they would issue a refund on their end. I told them that I didn’t want to because I would lose my buyer’s protection and to reply to the bank saying they received the part back and they said they didn’t want to do that for some unknown reason. I told the rep that if they didn’t then I would file a negative review online and they said that was fine.
They need to hire more competent help and make sure they accurately update their website to list the correct products for the correct model car. It was a big hassle that was caused by being misled by the incorrect info on their website. I hope they learn from this and try to do better.
