I have to say that my recent experience with Strutmasters has left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated. I ordered the [2003-2009 Lexus GX470 4-Wheel Air Suspension Conversion/Delete Kit (TE14F)] from your company, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare.First and foremost, I received the package and was shocked to find that the rear shocks were white while the front shocks were black. This is in direct contradiction to what was displayed on your website, which clearly showed that they should be the same color. It's a blatant case of false advertising, and I am appalled that Strutmasters would engage in such deceptive practices. When I called to inquire about this glaring discrepancy, I spoke with a representative named Jeff. To my disbelief, he informed me that Strutmasters had run out of stock for the rear shocks and had resorted to using an off brand third-party product and slapping their own logo on them. When I pressed him for more information about the origin of these rear shocks, he couldn't provide a straight answer and simply said, “I don’t know where they were made and it could not be made in the United States.” This raises serious doubts about the credibility and quality of the product since that was one of the reasons I ordered from your company in the first place. To make matters worse, one of the rear white struts had a noticeable dent in it. When I asked Jeff for a return label and inquired about any associated fees, he dropped another bombshell - a $200 restocking fee! As a first-time customer who had planned on using your products for all my vehicles, I find this fee exorbitant and unjustified.I want to make it clear that I am willing to return the order, but I absolutely refuse to pay this ridiculous restocking fee. What I expect from Strutmasters is simple: send me a new set of shocks, all manufactured by the same company and, as your company advertises, "Made in the USA." This should not be too much to ask for considering the inconvenience and deception I have endured.Until I receive confirmation that I won't be charged any outrageous fees for returning this flawed product and that I will receive a complete, high-quality set of struts, I will not consider doing business with Strutmasters again. This experience has been a major letdown, and it's clear that Strutmasters needs to reevaluate its commitment to customer satisfaction and product quality.

I was in need of replacing the air suspension on my 2008 LS 460 L. Read reviews of others who used Strutmaster for the 460 and heard positive experiences. Unfortunately mine has not been.I ordered the coil springs replacement and had it installed by my mechanic in December 2022. Within 2 months, I could hear a squeak in the front right. This squeak became more and more pronounced. My mechanic test drove it as well as looked underneath and confirmed that the front right strut was defective. Other 3 are good. This could happen to any parts company I thought.Reached out to Strutmasters for a replacement since it was under warranty. Took multiple follow ups to confirm whether they would replace. 2 months later they did and shipped me the replacement strut. When my mechanic went to replace the front right strut, he quickly noticed that the new strut was defective as well. The coil had slid mostly off and he explained that this was a serious safety hazard! This same issue should NOT happen twice. Now I am working with my mechanic (Soho Motorsports in Charlotte - Justin) to request a second replacement. This has been such a hassle and unfortunately I regret using Strutmasters.Ryan

Installed a kit onto my 2002 Lexus LS430, first thing I noticed was a sticker over a sticker. They covered up a sticker of the strut manufacturer (PICC AUTO), they manufacture bottom line components such as FCS. If I would have known that I would not have made the investment into their product.I am an ASE certified master technician and we used to install FCS but had too many returns due to failed parts.I would think twice before purchasing from this company.

Well my experience with these struts is dismal at best. If you have a mercedes run don't walk away from these struts. The two rear one's broke...yes the center nut strips and the trash rattles. They use chrome nuts instead of Harden nuts and bolts there for they strip. They won't replace them you have to pay for a new one and pay a hundred dollars to return them. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more for a better strut, just another dissatisfied customer

I was not completely satisfied with the product as I am particular about my 2006 Audi A8. I ultimately decided to go back to Air stock struts as it suits my needs better.Regards Strutmasters as a company to conduct business with, I would highly recommend them. The customer service experience was really actually exceptional. I was treated so well, I received near immediate responses and ultimately they were happy to refund me in full. You just can’t ask for better than that. Shop with confidence and I can safely say from my experience you are buying from someone who will stand by their products.

Purchased air suspension deletion kit for 2020 Yukon Denali..mechanic was able to install front and rear struts & springs with no problem..and the ride height is performance is perfect ? so far...only issue was the instructions could have been a lil more exact concerning the resistors which weren't needed for 2020 models..only the module is needed...but an easy fix

Ordered full conversion kit for my 2011 Equus Hyundai…after dealership properly installed it, my sport mode power button no longer worked…I contacted strut master customer support they said it should work, and said I had the wrong module in the kit, so I ordered the new module, had it installed by dealership and it still didn’t work. I was told by strut master, the module should make it work but they don’t know why sports mode doesn’t work!Plus my car rides really rough from the kit… only has 109k miles looks new but rides like a wagon! Spent over 3k with parts and labor, so now I got a car that rides rough and no sports mode…Hey but they got fast delivery! Smh!Do your research!

Do not buy. I purchased the air to spring conversion for my 2017 Infinity QX80. The parts I received were substandard at best. The factory top shock mounts are larger and rectangular in shape. But the shocks I received in my kit were small and I can only hope do not sheer off while driving. After hours of removing and re-installing the parts I received to trouble shoot the problem of how one side of the truck sat lower than the other. I found the non-adjustable coil over shocks are not handling the load evenly.I cannot reuse the factory rubber isolators because the factory springs have a larger inside diameter and will not fit the springs I received in this kit. Instead I had to cut the rubber washers that came with this kit just to have them fit the mounts on the truck. Strutmasters actually sent me an email asking for a review, and after I gave them this information they did not respond in any way. And of course are not going to publish my review. It's my fault, I took the lazy way out and purchased a pre-packaged box of parts to solve my problem instead of taking my truck to a shop and getting the right parts.I'm currently in the process of researching and purchasing adjustable coil over shocks that will fit my truck correctly, and correct the ride height issue.

*Considering their response to this review (see next paragraph) we realized that we left some words out. In no specific order, liar, cowardly, & shallow. We did discuss them looking at the car. They did refuse to come get it. I did state to them I would get the car there, but had to arrange transport. The car was "shipped" or "transported" (if you like conjecture) there. That "father son" team don't work for free, duh. Notice how they say the vehicle wasn't fitted with an unnamed module? That's news to us considering this was a FULLY optioned S class. That's also not what they stated after they fixed it. They also never agreed to bring the car back. So, we do agree with some of their response as it clearly shows how terrible this company is..They don't even deserve 1 star. Terrible product, & company. We are a rather well known euro repair shop in eastern nc that has done hundreds of these swaps over just the past few years (never less the past 30 we've been open). We have always used Arnott (still do) with only one small issue with their products over the past few years that they resolved in less than 24 hours. Unfortunately Arnott has one specific kit for S class Mercedes on backorder forcing us to buy this cheaper made more expensive product from strut masters to try and fill our customers needs. The 1st kit we ordered both rear struts mounts (hats) were made incorrectly & required a couple hours of modifications/repairs before they would fit the car. The 2nd kit actually bolted on fine, but the bypass module did not work. Of course we called & ask for another at which point they insisted we were incompetent to some degree or another and ask for pictures of our work, questioning whether we wired it correct. Of course we had, and proved it, MULTIPLE times. Finally they send us another module. Of course that module did the same exact thing. We called, they again questioned us, and we again proved it wasn't on our end. Further more we performed our own diagnostic not only proving it was their module, but also that it was incorrectly configured. This time they ask we send both modules back so they could check them. Ignoring what we found they re loaded the same improper software and sent one of the modules back. Of course it did not work. At this point we call and bring up the fact that we are not terribly far from each other, and maybe they should just look at the car. They agreed that was a reasonable idea considering WEEKS had gone by at this point with no progress. Even so they also refused to come to the car or pay to have it hauled there. We payed out of pocket to have the car shipped to them. The following Monday they called us and said that we were correct, and that it was a problem with their product. At that point we ask the obvious question "are you going to bring the car back to us?". They responded that they would ask and call us back. Another week went by before we called them back to get an answer. They stated that they would not reimburse us, nor facilitate return shipping. Ultimately my customer was without his car for over two months, we lost ALL profits from the work due to this company's arrogance, and utter unwillingness to stand behind their products. Ironically, two days after this fiasco we get another Mercedes in with their kit installed, and its bypass module is bad. Our suggestion, buy the Arnott kit.. This "review" will be posted in our main office... Cheers.

Purchased a conversion kit for my E500 mercedes benz to replace my failed air ride and it was worse than the failed parts I took out. I've noticed a large amount of complaints are from mercedes owners having the same problem. they also had the nerve to charge me for shipping even after acknowledging they sent me defective parts. do not recommend this company at all.

Worked with Darrell in Sales for a package that I never received. Do not do business with Strutmasters. They won’t refund you and they’ll just play the blame game and blame fed ex. Someone commented on the same issue and I should’ve listened.

I was looking for an option to delete the air level-ride for my 2011 Chevrolet Suburban. I needed something stiff as we often pull a boat trailer with this car. In July, 2021, I called Strutmasters, and was sold a GC24FMCK (about $800). They arrived a few days later, and I installed the set onto my truck. At first, I was impressed with the ride. Then, when we first connected the trailer, the rear end of the truck sagged (badly). In fact, in the first six months of occasionally pulling the trailer, the sag got worse - to the point where the rear tires would rub on the inner wheel well. The trailer is appropriately loaded as per the requirements of the truck, with the ratio and tongue weight as per the limits on the truck. Now, a year later, I spent $1,000 to remove the GC24FMCK, and replace them with OEM air struts. I removed the Strutmasters struts, and tossed them into the dumpster, still looking nearly new. I was not impressed with the Strutmasters conversion at all.
