Twins Meat Market is a family owned butcher shop and grocery store that has been serving the community for over 20 years. The business offers a one stop shop with plenty of local products, fresh seafood, frozen seafood, meat, pork, chicken, fresh vegetables, and locally baked goods. The meats are reasonably priced and look fresh, not like they have been sitting on a shelf forever. There is a great selection of a large variety of fresh meats at great prices, with butchers on site for personal needs. The place is very clean, and the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Some customers noted that a couple employees were rudely blocking the aisle while carrying on a conversation, but the cashier was polite and everyone else is helpful. Customers appreciate the best prices in the county and surrounding cities, with prime filet mignon and prime ribeyes being delicious.

Great spot for fresh cuts. Staff was pleasant and helpful. You can get unique cuts like frogs legs, pigs feet and others. Some meats are already seasoned and ready to cook. Tons of sauces and spices to choose from. Grab some Barts Old North State BBQ sauce while you are there.
