This auto care center is a joke. They changed my oil yesterday and today engine shuts down due to having no oil. When called 5 times today they hang up after being on hold for close to 30 minutes instead of talking to me!Service: Oil change

Understaffed or inappropriately staffed I might should say. Posted hrs as of a week ago say 8-6. It’s almost 9 & they’re still closed tight with 6 vehicles waiting ??♀️ Only reason I’m here is bc my tire rotation/balance is free w my plan. Gotta get that done with every oil change to keep me rolling smoothly ?

Google says it opens at 8 am. I called at 8:30 sitting in my car and the person who answered the phone said 9 am. I’ve been waiting for them to open since 7:45. Someone needs to change the open time.Services: Oil change

They did a good job 6 months ago when I replaced my tires, I got free rotation and road hazard for my tires. Well went there yesterday and no one is working there anymore it seems. Just called there and no one answered. I guess the shop is closed down. I have a flat tire and wanted to use my road hazard that I paid for, can't do that when they are closed two days in a row.Service: Auto tire replacement

They have the hardest time keeping this tire shop staffed to be able to actually stay open for the hours advertised by Walmart. The price is right. The tires are good. The equipment makes for a speedy tire replacement. They have a free air hose on the corner for folks just looking to add some air to a tire. I think the manager lady just needs to stop taking smoke breaks with what seems to be the lead garage man (round fella you'll find hanging out behind the garage, smart but smokes a quarter pack on a tire change) and start doing some hiring. If I could get the service I got 3 years ago from the skinny white girl with funny colored hair, I'd never use another tire shop. But it seems like this older woman and middle age man run all the good help outta the garage. Maybe it's just my optics. No one said anything out of the way to me. I just watched several people do nothing while the one or two other employees that were in and out on breaks hustled the whole time I was there.

Always friendly and kind. Quick to service your vehicle with text updates while you shop. Much better experience than with some of the other quick lube shops.

Had 4 tires installed, second time used them for this. Great job both times, requests followed, balancing excellent- smooth ride. Ready sooner than expected. Printout of everything including lug nut torque and tire pressure.
