The people selling AT&T in Walmart do nothing but lie, cheat, and steal. They will tell any lie just to get a sale. Do not recommend

People are nice here. Helpful if you are looking for something. Most of the time everything is in stock. Prices are a little higher than usual for a small town, but over all it's a great store! Will be back when in the area.

Walmart Roxboro, Need to stop carding seniors for alcohol sales. Doesn't make sense when no one else does it. Need more self checkout if you won't hire anyone to help in the store. Need to drop Budweiser products if you can't make sales. Give the local beers a chance to show off. Budweiser takes up half the cooler. I see a good opportunity for Walmart. Other stores are stealing your sales.

This WalMart is the actually the worst. never enough checkout lanes open, the new self checkout is always packed and the employee running it usually just stands there and doesn't help. The bathrooms are dirty and disgusting 95% of the time. I hate WalMart in general, but this one makes me hate it more. Team Target all the way! anyways, if you need something fast, go somewhere else like CVS or Rite Aid!

This store is the worst ever to shop in... never ever buy electronics from this store unless you like broken merchandise. Check out bring a sleeping bag snails move faster.

Recently my fiance bought tires from here and finally after 5 days of getting the run around he finally got them put on, on a Saturday. They were suppose to open at 7; an employee arrived at 7:15. He was there by himself and said it would take sometime to put on since he was the only one there. He was very friendly but failed to tell us that the job took 2 people to put on tires due to safety reasons. So we decided on a time for us to come back and check on the tires to see if the vehicle would be ready for pick-up. We came back at 9 and was told after checking that the vehicle still was not ready. But upon arriving two employees one being a manager were busy making keys and did not even acknowledge us til like 15 minutes later. The guy finally checked to see if our vehicle was ready, he said that it would take some more time for our vehicle to be ready but could not give a time. So we go to customer service no one is there, so we end up going to an associate on the floor. She went and got us a manager (Lynn) over the grocery dept. he had worked in the tire dept. briefly before moving to that dept. So we told him what was going on, he then he proceeded to talk with the manager of that dept. (Randy) and come to find out that our vehicle was ready and had been ready for a while. But did Randy even apologize to us? No! and when I told the employee that helped check us out that the customer service here sucked, he even agreed. We will not be going back to this location for tires!

It's good for the most part, employees are helpful, greeters are very kind and greet customers as they enter and leave the store. Prices are good, as well. The only thing that irked me is how rude the employees are over the phone. I've been employed at Wal Mart in the past, and not once have I ever been rude to a customer, either in person or over the phone. Wal Mart takes pride in it's customer service, and while their service in-store is amazing, like I said before, their service over the phone is quite lacking. My guess is that the employee was new and not knowledgeable about what I asked, or they were having a bad day. I gave this store a 3 out of 5, though, because everything else was pretty much A-ok.
