Pulled up to nearest left lane to talk to a representative. The lady couldn’t even listen to me. Barely. She proceeds to try to tell me that I have to make an appointment in order to do the thing that I wanted. I find it very odd that you have to make an appointment to talk with someone. Right across the street, BB&T, you can walk in, and talk to somebody immediately and that is what I did!

I barely made to the bank by 5 pm but they treated me great and I got my business done. Other places might not have been pleased but they never mentioned it. Thanks for making my day!

Worst Banking Experience Ever...You have to make an appointment to see someone --then they come back late from lunch make you wait..and to make a deposit is drive-thru only..I know we have an pandemic but my other bank you can walk in and make deposits and not have to wait 30-45 minutes in drive -thru line..Mismanagement and Poor Customer Service

The staff and lady in charge not nice nor professional.
