“This is not your average run-of-the-mill Family Dollar store. It is actually one of their combination stores, with Dollar Tree. It is a huge store, and has the best items from both Family Dollar and Dollar Tree! It was well stocked, well staffed, and very spacious and clean.
If I did not live so far away, I would visit regularly! Highly recommend.”

“Went for shower curtain hooks. Picked up a couple other items. Every single item priced wrong! I brought it to the associate's attention and he corrected the pricing without checking if I may have made a mistake. Unlike another dollar store I won't mention. I appreciate his ability to correct in the moment because the other community store don't even train their associates to take care of these issues in the moment. I get that customers can sometimes look at tags wrong, but this was not the case. Clearly my neighborhood dollar stores are under staffed and there is always a pricing concern. But I can not blame the associate, they are limited to what they are trained to do. Corporate does not care that their pricing is in transition and need to have processes in place until they can sustain pricing accuracy inside their stores. I appreciate that associate for clearing up this pricing issue.”
“First time shopping at this Dollar Tree. Very well stocked. Associate Brenda was very nice, great customer service. If your in Winston-Salem on Reynolds, this is the place for good deals.”
“This Dollar General is located on Doral road in Tobaccoville. As this type of dollar stores go this one is neat and tidy. The empliyees I have dealt with have been nice and helpful.i would cone back and shop at this store again in the future.”

“This Dollar General used to be like so many of them, disorganized, poorly stocked, dirty, staff that didn't care. It's almost expected in these stores. In April this year Sherry came to our local store and wow, what a turn around. Everything changed. Everybody here actually takes pride in their job. This store is clean, well stocked, and the staff seems happy to be there. When have you ever had a staff member come up and volunteer to help you find what you want? Great job to whoever hired Sherry! Best Dollar General I've ever been in!”
“As a dollar General employee, I only have one complaint. The coustomers are rude and disgusting. I dont know how many times i have to go and unclog the public bathroom because coustomers clogg it with toilet paper or products! Or go and clean up messes that coustomers make. Sometimes I literally have to be a emotional and physical punching bag for coustomers to use when our card systems don't work properly or when we don't have the correct thing they need. Oh and don't think we don't look at cameras when coustomers steal our products because we do. Oh and when we catch them and confront them they get mad at us for doing our job. What makes me angry the most is when we have to close eirly and some coustomers dont have enough common sense to read the sign on the door that says clearly on the door we are closed. Oh and the reason we close so eirly sometimes is because NO BODY WANTS TO FREAKING WORK! Coustomers really don't understand the absolute struggle we go through when we close. We cant stay open at nights if no one wants to come in and close. The thing is it isn't in our control if workers don't wanna work. Don't think corporate has no idea when we close. They do they are the first people we contact when we have to close. Other than that good service I love working there love some of the people. Its just I cant stand the complaints and constant questioning I get. Plus the constant abuse I get from the coustomers. Like really if you dont like it its simple dont come in.”
“Typical Dollar General. Very clean. Very friendly staff. Easily accessible with plenty of parking. Everything you need from toiletries, shirts, crossword puzzles, balloons or just a drink and a candy bar. Public bathroom, just ask for the key. Tight isles from all the stock. Staff may be busy and not at the check out, just grunt out or cough loudly and someone will come help.”

“Nice Family Dollar location off of North Point Boulevard. The staff are friendly, the prices are great, they have everything from groceries to home goods and gifts. Great place to pop in for toys and over the counter ? medicine as well. They also have a ♿ handicap accessible restroom, parking, and aisles.”

“Beyond 5/5 experience for me! I stopped by for an upright dustpan, which they didn’t have any for sale inside the store, but one of the workers (she seemed like she might be a manager) let me go ahead and use one of those dustpans for free, which I even insisted on paying for it, she just told me that I could go ahead and have it free of charge, and that’s given it was literally the only thing that I stopped by for!”
