“I have been shopping at this store for a couple of years now, I live close by and it is my go-to store. The store is always clean, and I have found the majority of the employees very friendly and helpful, even with all the COVID restrictions, BUT I will say that almost every time I shop, there's always at least one, and usually more shopping WITHOUT masks, which I'll admit one day, I myself realized I'd left my mask in the car, but as soon as I realized, I went to an employee, who quickly gave me a disposable one to wear while I shopped. Also, I often see the cashiers packing and loading groceries while a lot of employees seem to be standing around visiting, laughing and joking with other employees. I will say my biggest problem with this store is many times sale items are not stocked when I go. For this reason, I also shop at another Foodlion store that's NOT as convenient or I go to a competitor's store that's down the street.”
“I always shop at this location when I am visiting my Mother. I ordered a Graduation party cake and had a slight problem with that order. The customer service lady (I regret not getting her name ) was very professional and quickly assisted me to resolve the issue. I would definitely recommend this store.”
“I might have been the only white person in this store, but this visit was better than the last one. They were out of organic oranges and I couldn't find organic sprouts, but I bought lots of other organic food like mint, bananas, broccoli, cucumbers, blueberries, blackberries, apples and a mango. They also had rubbing alcohol which I needed the most. A nice woman told me it was on Aisle 8 and it was. Negative: fruit flies. There were some fruit flies around their produce and I think I brought them with me by accident on the fruit I bought last time. Make sure you rinse your produce right away or you may be hosting a fruit fly party. I didn't have my club card at the register and the checker said they don't have a house card to swipe and I should ask someone in line to use theirs. The woman behind me was nice enough to swipe hers and it saved me $3.16. I was happy to find both kinds of organic dal lentils that I eat. I already had some, but I bought two more. $4.19 isn't a bad price and sometimes Whole Foods runs out of it. It's hard to find in the store and sometimes it's out of place because it's with foreign food or something, but it's always worth finding. I don't like keeping employees after the store closes, so I try to get in line in time to leave before closing. My receipt says I left 2 minutes and 41 seconds after closing (which is probably how long I spent in line) and the teller didn't make any rude comments and she was nice. There were several people behind me and nobody bagging groceries (which was fine to me), so even though others were walking around it looked like she was the only one helping customers and I said so. I'll return if need be for more organic food.”
“Just came to this food lion for the first time today to switch out a primo water jug. And when I dropped in the jug it didn't spit out a ticket so we went to customer service to get someone to help us and this super sweet girl game out with an awesome attitude and help us get the ticket. She was so kind and patient with us. This store has great servics!!!!!”

“My wife and I recently moved to the area and today was the first time I checked out the local Lowes Foods and I was really impressed! The store is well stocked, clean and organized. There also seemed to be an adequate number of employees working throughout the store. This is my first time in a Lowes Foods so I can't compare to other stores but I thought the following areas were especially cool: - Calendar where the shopping carts are located pointing out special events; - Beer Den with taps and growlers available for filling with your favorite brew; - Tomato Bar allowing you to mix and match; - Chicken Kitchen allowing you to purchase a half rotisserie chicken; - Very nice salad bar allowing you to build to your liking; - A "clip your own herbs" area; - Live Lobster; - Lowes will steam your seafood for free to meet your needs; - "Shop Carolina" signage pointing out local options for shoppers. I'm anxious to bring my wife here, I really think she will love it. I also learned that Lowes is headquartered in Winston-Salem!”

“Solid grocery store that was clean and had lots of options. We shopped the bakery and floral department and were pleased with the options. Cookie cake for about $10 and flowers were $15. Had some great cinnamon rolls we grabbed up, too.”
