You can,t call to ask a question. The phone system have to leave messages. You will maybe get a call back. I had a very serious situation even with the paperwork the pharmacist can be rude. I will be moving meds from there.

I tried to call the CVS near my house. I just needed to ask the pharmacy something and I had to be put through a message machine to call me back and you can’t even call him and ask him what you need to ask him. It takes forever they need to change their system somehow, if they need to hire somebody to answer the phone.

The site clearly states that they have the Wet N Wild makeup collection but you want in and they suddenly do not carry wet n wild and never had that in there store. Why tf is it “in stock”

I was going to transfer all my medications here today until I couldn't get through on the phone. Spoke to a lady at the front of the store. I have to call leave a message so they can call me back. Why so much hassle just to ask a simple question??? So, I will most definitely be staying with Walgreens pharmacy. I was told it's so you don't have to wait on the phone for them to pick up. Instead you can just wait by the phone for a return call. To whom ever come up with this ridiculous ? stupid idea you just cost CVS a customer before they ever gained one. ?

Normally I love THIS CVS. But my dr called my prescription in on Thursday. It’s now Monday and they still don’t have it!!! I will say it’s a good thing I’m not dying. Cause if I needed this to live which this is an important prescription but not life or death. I would be dead right now! And I have had issues with an associate at a different CVS looking up my info because she knew me and telling others about the types of meds I was on! There should be some sort of way that can’t happen? This goes against hippa! I’m so upset with them right now. I think I will go somewhere else! And soon!

My insurance covers my medication for a 30 day supply however, they keep filling my medicine 10 days at a time. I have went into the store 2 times and called on the phone 5 times and each time they assured me the situation was corrected. Just filled my prescription and surprise surprise...10 pills. I hate having to come in once a week when my doctor calls in a 90 day supply. I called back today and the lady on the phone was very rude and would not help at all. Don't know why I'm wasting my time writing this because as you can see they don't even take the time to read or respond to reviews. My next call is to corporate then on to Walgreens or Ingles pharmacy!!
