As an older woman, I’m too often treated in a condescending manner &/or have salesmen try to sell me the highest price version of the item(s) for which I’m shopping. Conner treated me with respect & was honest & forthright in his explanations about the items I needed. He listened well (a real plus!) and made suggestions when asked. He installed the new battery, after first checking that the problem was JUST the battery, and the new wiper blades in no time at all. Throughout the entire interaction Conner was just a pleasure to deal with! Because of him alone, your store gained a loyal new customer today!
