Pharmacy staff do not know their job.
Worst customer services. This is what I heard when I went to pick up my RX
1 person said it would be ready to pickup today 3/30 so I went to pick it up.
When I went I got their I was told :
1 person said it wouldn’t be ready until 4/12
1 person said I couldn’t get it filled until 3/31 after I insisted that she come to the window.
They accused me of placing the for the same refill 3 times because they didn’t want to admit they were wrong
I went 15 miles out of my way to pick this up.
I could add more to the conversation but since Aetna has monopolized the drug market , they don’t care
The point is - GET IT Right!

Only giving one star because I can't give any less! Pharmacy has the worst worst customer service!!! Always rude and having attitudes for absolutely no reason. You call for a question to be resolved and they think it's okay to tell someone to "chill out" and "stop being so upset" when clearly they were the only ones with the issue. No one else was upset or worrisome. Seriously don't waste time and drive to another pharmacy. They treat customers terribly.

Don't go to the pharmacy and get your medication filled it will take you two days to get in and checked out through the drive-through.

Since moving here we had to find a pharmacy and we started to use another one in the area and I did not feel comfortable going in to get my prescriptions, they were not friendly and it seemed grumpy. We came into this CVS and the Employees I have dealt with were absolutely so nice and helpful! They made it super easy to switch over to them from the other place. Everytime we have been here now they are very friendly and nice. Always so helpful and going the etra mile if a problem comes up with a perscription They do everything they can to get things corrected. I am very happy we switched. The other day we had a few min to walk around and they had some great sales, some items marked down 75% off. They just installed two new self checkouts, the cashier had a few people she was waiting on so we decided to try it. They seem to be having a lot of problems with the machines coupon compartment. The register required someone to come fix it. They were not too happy about stopping what they were doing to fix it. Of course these things happen with anything new,the break in period and we understood. Over all we are impressed with the pharmacy. Very glad we decided to change from a grumpy atmosphere to a more cheerful one!!

We love this CVS branch! Having moved to NC from Mississippi, where our closest CVS was 45 minutes away, it's nice having one just right down the road. I'm not sure about the bad review on here saying their prescriptions weren't ready... because nearly every time I go to the doctor I get a call before I make it home that mine are ready... and it's only a 10 minute drive . The staff is kind and courteous... I've never walked through the door without being greeted .

This pharmacy is absolutely ridiculous. I put in for a refill on my medicine and they don't even have it to be ready when it needs to be. There's only this cvs in our town and not a lot of other options but it seems like no one is actually managing the pharmacy. I have to have my medicine on time and when I call the pharmacy to get it filled and they don't fill it how can one not be pissed? Step up the game.

They have some very friendly cashiers! Their management team was willing to work with me on an issue I was having, which says a lot about their integrity. The store has an inviting/welcoming feel to it.
