One star because 0 isnt an option. I beg you DO NOT rent here. Me and my boyfriend are expecting and about to move into a brand new apartment. We rented one storage building here for about a month, we were there about 2 weeks ago to visit and collect some things and out personal lock was secured on there and everything was in tact before we left but when we returned today all 11-14 boxes of ALL our personal belongings we completely gone. 3,000$ worth of stuff. Everything we owned even from our childhood.The Owner didn’t even pretend to care, and just non chalantly said “this has recently BEEN happening”.We never even met him. We are in the middle of filing with the police. A case is in. Bjt this is not the only review that is saying things have been stolen or taken, and it’s not he only review that said the owner didn’t care at all. Everything we saved for our child, all our clothes, sentiments, decor, kitchen appliances, my laptop, books, my boyfriend game consoles and games. All. Gone. Even though it had a personal lock on it. I wanted him there’s no way they just stole from us, lots of locks were missing and stuff was everywhere. He didn’t care. I was worried for other people as well, he was not.We brought up the cameras, he didn’t even care, he said that they probably wouldn’t be much easier because they don’t cover the entire property. I severely wonder why he even had them there then. DO NOT GO HERE.

This is the only place around that truly treats your panda the way you treat your panda. We used to use the NC Zoo but now we store Greg the Panda here when we leave town.

Don't use this place. We rented 2 units here, one was broken into along with some others at the facility. All of our stuff was ransacked, and some things were stolen. Manager didnt seem to be genuinely concerned, pretty much said "sorry".No fence or security what so ever, if they say different, they are lying. Please be safe and go elsewhere if you value your items.
