Closed the store because they don't know how to shift change without shutting down the POS & locking the doors 😞 😢

Trying to purchase a Xbox gift card, they had already taken my money but it wouldn't activate card, however rather than refunding my money I was told I had to come back when a manager was there. Said it would make his drawer short despite his computer telling him to refund the money.

Card readers don’t work. =- Go inside.- “We can’t let you fill up… We have to charge you a certain amount.”- Pay that amount.- Go back outside to fill up.- Go back inside to get the receipt.Convenience store???
