There are few things more upsetting than sitting on the side of the road.... away from friends and family to come help.... not knowing what's wrong, needing a tow and a fix and to get back on the road. Steve and his team at Hightech Automotive were absolutely SUPER. They recommend a tow service, got me to the shop, gave me a diagnosis, ordered the alternator and got me back on the road in about 4 hours. They even took me to the local lunch spot and Starbucks. “Amazing customer service! I rented a cargo van through this business and had a great experience. The check in and check out processes were quick with the expectations and rules for the rental clearly and simply explained. The lot was fenced in with multiple security cameras, so I felt safe leaving my car while I had the cargo van. They also had a large variety of trucks and other equipment on the lot. The two people I met were very friendly. Highly recommend for those looking to rent a truck or van for moving purposes.”
