A salesman, Wilbur Hodge was a tremendous help to me. A starving dog showed up at our house. Wilbur took time to tell me about the different dog foods and all Tractor Supply had to offer. I really appreciated it!

This store always has the nicest employees and I love coming in here! I can find a low-cost bag of chicken food and just about any supplies I need for my chickens. I also get my dog's flea and tick meds here. There is also plenty of impulse purchasing...just acquired THE SOFTEST fleece blanket the other day that I didn't need, but now can't live without!

I live in Forest City and shop for a lot of my horse feed here because it is the closest in proximity; still a 15-20 minute drive but closer than other feed stores and open late, which I appreciate. However, I wish they would keep better stock of the horse feed products!! Several occasions where they have been out of Triple Crown products (senior grain, flax and rice bran), as well as basic products like shredded beet pulp. Recently, I have started checking the website before I travel there, but have unfortunately found that the site is not always up to date. I have also tried calling before making the drive, only to have nobody pick up the phone. The neighboring TSC stores in Shelby and Columbus always have what I need, but it takes me about 40 minutes to get there. Appreciate you all but the inventory system seems like it could use some improvement. Thank you!

Rudest employees ever. Wanted to spend $6000 on a new mower and all they wanted to do was argue about how it’s not put together. I can put it together but they can’t have enough thought process to think outside the box. I’m sorry but these employees need an education. Brian manager was called but never showed up. Leadership missing how can you hold anyone accountable?
