Why do all of DG stores seems the same,when it comes to their employees?

Nobody is ever at the register to cash out customers, and if they are the line is ridiculously long. Cant even walk down aisles because it is so cluttered. Manager has the worst attitude ever. Customer service sucks. The elderly lady at checkout is hateful and does not like people nor is she professional.
