this was a very sad thing to see. I come from the midwest piggly wiggly there are top notch or almost. full great deli bakeries clean up to date. this one was the opposite! I was shocked it had hardly any products it was drab, and lots of open space made you feel like you were not even in a grocery store. Maybe they were remodeling but I saw mo signs as well the quality of perishable items was not good at all. Please take a trip to Midwest Pigglywigglies to see the standards

EDIT: NEW OWNERS- not shopped with them that much, things are different that's for sure. Not sure if local farmers are supported now. Atmosphere isn't as pleasant now- Christian music not played the times I've been under new management.
Very friendly!! Clean! Great hometown experience! THEY SUPPORT LOVAL FARMERS which is super Awesome!! 10 stars in my book 😉

Cute, clean good price on their whole chickens which are hatched raised and harvest here in USA 🇺🇸 😀 the ladies at the cash register were sweet.

I always loved the pig. They keep the store clean, it's stocked well, have reasonable prices on their meat, pay attention to who they hire, and play gospel music. All around great atmosphere!

Gotta watch the pig like all the stores nowdays about prices advertised & prices charged bc there are no $ refunds. Also asked why they do not take u card from UHC for Duke power bills..
Got a idk. It wud be a great help to customers who now go to Walmart who does the U card.
