Came in to buy a phone to add to existing service. I needed an inexpensive phone to keep the bill lower. The manager of the store brought out a Samsung. He said with that phone it comes with ear buds “Worth 100.00 at no charge”. I have never used ear buds and did not need them but the phone was good enough and the amount I would spend for the phone was acceptable. I asked for a receipt but he did not give me one and said I would get it in my email. After adding the new line online which makes the bill initially larger it went down as the credits were given over the next couple of months but then my bill went up again and I looked to see I was paying for accessories? I called at t and they told me it was for the earbuds that the manager had told me were free! I had to go into store, I began to tell him there is a mistake I am being charged for earbuds he told me were free and he said oh no I didn’t say that this was a promotion to pay 24.00 for the phone and earbuds . I called him out on his lie, left the store and just wanted to let others know his tactics that at t apparently are ok with. I never received my receipt or any contracted payment amount for my purchase in my email. Beware.

Although the process of getting a new phone is sometimes long I did not have to wait long for someone to help me. The Mexican woman that worked there was extremely nice and helpful, the young man that also helped programming my new phone was extremely nice as well. This is a great store!

Went in to see what they could do about my phone overheating. Wait wasn’t an issue but the AT&T guy that I spoke to was. The guy was clearly in a hurry and kept rushing through people and my case wasn’t any different I told him my issue (my phone kept overheating while charging and wouldnt finish charging my phone) and he told me to check my battery health said it was a battery issue and gave me a website to go to and told me to follow the website prompts when I got home. Well I set up an appointment to fix my phone and was told that what the AT&T “expert” said was incorrect and that I would need a replacement phone if I wanted my problem fixed. I’m not mad at the insurance person because atleast they were upfront and honest with me about my issue and cared enough to listen to my issue before throwing me off onto another person within AT&T. Just wish the AT&T guy had that same respect and mentality because he shouldn’t work with a service company if he doesn’t care to provide proper service.

Went to the store to get some pricing on upgrading my daughter’s phone. The store was newly remodeled and looked amazing. And the gentleman I worked with, I think he was the assistant manager, was great.
I had an issue with an old device on my account and he gave me the information I needed to get that line sorted out.
Very professional and fast service.
