“I brought my car to Mark after having been in a really bad accident. The whole right side of my car was damaged and, by some miracle, wasn’t totaled. Mark and the whole gang at Peeler’s Body Shop did an absolutely outstanding job making my car look like brand new! I’m telling you… it is a black car and it’s not easy to match ack! But, you positively cannot tell what is original paint and what Mark did. Seamless. They did such a great job and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of body work and repair!”

“This was my first trip to this particular NAPA. Walking in I was greeted immediately and ask what I needed help with. The staff seemed very knowledgeable and eager to help with my needs. The part I came to get was a very hard to find part, but like normal NAPA had it!! I got what I needed and was on my way in short time.

“This has been the most reliable auto parts store I have ever gone to. I have fixed my own cars and over the last eight years I have had a Subaru Forester, Dodge Durango, suburban, 95 f150, and currently a Honda Odyssey (soccer dad style). I have always found the best price and always reliable parts for each one of those vehicles the first time, honestly 99% of the time. There's the rare situation where the subclass of the vehicle makes a major difference between if the pigtail connector on an electronic is male or female. Even then it was instantly straightened out. I have never really been a brand bound kind of person growing up but I tell everyone to go to O'Reilly's and I stand by that.”

“09/20/2024 was my first time even knowing that this store exists and I truly appreciate the guys at Sherwin Williams in Lexington for informing me. If you need auto paint or parts I suggest you check out Rouzer Motor Parts. Not only did they have what I needed the atmosphere and energy I experienced was like no other. Memories from my childhood going into the auto shop with my grandfather to get parts and just a good ole down to earth family atmosphere made me feel like doing this review. Stores like these are one in a million and I truly am happy to say that I found this rare gem. Usually customers are asked to do reviews not here. Matt thank you guys so much for what you are doing and just keeping things simple.”
“Need some parts for an Allison MT643 transmission. No one else around had any in stock. Called Consolidated and they were able to cross reference the part number I had. They had the pan gasket, internal filter and external filter in stock. They made my long day shorter!”
“Absolutely excellent service from Bob Ware's radiator shop. I destroyed the drain plug on my welding truck trying to drain the fluid and could not figure out how to make a new one work. John was very helpful and installed a new plug for me within minutes for a very affordable price. I highly recommend this shop and will be using them in the future for all of my radiator needs. “Always great and friendly service, until this morning on July 4th 2024, a brunette manager, couldn't see her name tag, was walking around NOT helping anyone, cursing on her personal cellphone, which was on speakerphone, very loudly to where everyone in the store could hear it, and not assisting the new trainee who at no fault if hers obviously needed assisting. Very close to going to Advance auto. Very disappointing experience today. Also because of the lack of customer service I had to use self checkout which I hate! I don't like giving negative reviews, but this needs to be addressed!!!”

“They are normally well stocked and the staff very helpful. The only shortcoming is that often there are 5 or 6 employees in the store but only a single one out front servicing customers, which can result in an unnecessarily long wait to check out or get assistance.”
