Always great and friendly service, until this morning on July 4th 2024, a brunette manager, couldn't see her name tag, was walking around NOT helping anyone, cursing on her personal cellphone, which was on speakerphone, very loudly to where everyone in the store could hear it, and not assisting the new trainee who at no fault if hers obviously needed assisting. Very close to going to Advance auto. Very disappointing experience today. Also because of the lack of customer service I had to use self checkout which I hate! I don't like giving negative reviews, but this needs to be addressed!!!

AutoZone towing customers vehicles. Rude employees. The suspicious towing company doesn't accept credit cards, only cash, so probably doesn't pay taxes. Think twice before going here.

I needed a part for my lawnmower. My daughter and went to Harbor Freight, Lowes and Ace Hardware. Nobody had the fuse we needed. Last resort Auto Zone fully expecting the same answer. To our surprise the gentleman behind the counter looked at what we needed and pulled it off the shelf to our delight. In and out in fifteen minutes. Great service. Very happy.

Received great customer service and knowledge from nathan as well as the district manager who went above and beyond to assist me when I only came in to have my light bulb replaced for my headlight! Always receive great service when I visited this store but today definitely set the bar!!

This is a great store. A gentleman with a long red beard, intentionally looked up the wrong product twice for me today. Apparently he was in a rush, even though there were no customers. I have a printout that was given to me the previous day, with parts and numbers. After seeing the parts in stock I returned today. I mentioned seeing the parts already, he proceeded to lookup the wrong part again, and flipped the screen. I showed him he had entered the wrong number. He told me that he " hated that I was having a bad day". I will return but I refuse to be helped by this particular gentleman. I really like the points from a $176.00 purchase, but I was forced to use the competition .
