I have been a BADCOCK customer since 2010 and the service has always been great. Now that I’m busier than before being able to order online and use my account with no money down is truly a blessing. It’s fast and easy and the customer service is exceptional as well. The delivery drivers have always been helpful and courteous. I will continue to be a customer and will always recommend them to ithers.

The manger Eddie and his staff are top notch and very professional would recommend him and his staff to any one needing furniture, and they were very helpful and patient.

Sold us a coach as new and gave use the worn out floor couch. Got us on delivery fees for removing the boxes and plastic from the new couch. Then they never contacted us for reviewing the price. Never shop here. Scam credit company they work with too.

Update:Found a TV console at a competitor. Already enjoying it as of 12/27/22. Better customer service at the competitor. Paid a few dollars more, but worth it.*******Have bought many items over the years. Went in today to buy a TV console. Associate was great, price was right. Ready to pay in full. However, they only deliver on certain days. Earliest day was January 3. (We will be out of town after New Year.) December 30 was full with only 4 deliveries that day. We live 2 miles away. They would not budge and work us in for a simple TV console delivery on the 30th. Manager was sitting 10 feet away and never looked up or offered a solution. Babcock service is not what it used to be.

The associate was very nice and helpful even with it being time to close. She explained everything and did not rush us.

I just moved to town and needed some furniture. My friend brought me in and I couldn’t be more thankful. The prices were great and for those on the budget they had a clearance section that was awesome. My sales rep Cierra Barnes was great and so was Dee. The Salisbury Badcock has Excellent Customer Service. I was greeted with a friendly and welcoming smile. She asked how she could help me and if I was looking for anything in particular. She walked me over to what I was looking for and was right there with me to answer any questions I had. She was very professional and knowledgeable. I feel bad that I don’t remember her name but I believe she was the manager. I told her that the customer service at that Salisbury store was like night and day compared to the Gate City Blvd store in Greensboro.

Do not buy any computer items from them! Mine never acted right and finally got someone to look at it. They said it was garbage. You only have a day to find out. The representative told me Hera was the same!!!

They delivered me the wrong living room set as I knew what I had picked out and when I asked for the correct one they never did bring it to me instead they left me with the cheap one! They tried to blame it on me the customer even though I went back to the showroom and showed them the correct one that I had picked out and the delivery staff had no idea what to do.

It started out as a great experience (I’m sure to get a sale). The wrong color was ordered and delivered, which okay…mistakes happen. Then the correct sofa and loveseat were delivered, but the loveseat leg was broken and needed to be taken back and replaced. The fact we’ve had issues with contact, can be overlooked. It happens. But we called and had to reschedule a delivery because both of us wanted to be present at the time of delivery, and I was met with a VERY RUDE phone call. It’s not my fault the other employee forgot to take us off the schedule for said day. I’m tired of the issues with this company, and we now wish we could just cancel and go somewhere else.
