“Huge shoutout to the team & management at O’Reilly on Fairson Ave in Salisbury, NC! After searching all day for ice melt for the predicted freezing rain & upcoming ice storm with no luck, I ran into an O’Reilly team member at a gas station who went out of his way to help me. He tracked down the last 4 bags at one of his stores and had them ready for me to pick up within 20 minutes. It’s rare to see this kind of dedication to service.
