Workday after thanksgiving. Take into consideration when you’re scheduling people. Came twice today during my breaks and the workers move slow like turtles. Can’t even get in and out within reasonable time. Left both times without anything done.
I came to get a paper. Lady in office sees me. She has no one in the office. I could’ve been in and out with out any problems or issues. But this is how my day went today. Lovely. Thanks again.

Got there and am waiting on my turn to see a banker. I have got skipped multiple times by people just walking into her office and was told to wait. Did not get help cause they told me they was about to close even though I came 2 hours before they closed and they didn't get to me till 30 min to closing time

As time goes by I'm starting to like this bank less. Their fees are a bit ridiculous. I also don't like being limited to a certain amount of transfers between accounts per month. And if you deposit a check, they only give you $100 and make you wait a business day to get the rest unless you ask them to deposit it as cash and make it available that day, and that option isn't available for everyone.
Other than that, they hold my money and give me cards and online banking, and they lines aren't usually too bad. Customer service is okay as well.

I have used several banks in several different states. Bb&t on Jake Alexander Blvd in Salisbury NC thus far have the friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I am very grateful to my daughter and son for recommending them to me. Thank you to all the folks at the Salisbury location for your hard work and dedication to your jobs for making my banking one less stressful part of my life.

I have been trying to move my Safety Deposit box from Suntrust to this branch for last 3 weeks. Told I have to have an appointment but none are ever available. Looking at F&M.
