Not good customer service,picked up a hat,had to leave it, no one ever came to the register to check me out, so I left it on the counter and went elsewhere.

The store looked really nice and clean inside. Unfortunately customer service is not very great, I stood in the perfume section 15 minutes and when no one spoke to me, I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Went there to buy a couple Spring dresses for my step daughter, had a decent selection but needs more of a selection for pre teens. The staff was very friendly at checkout!

i am disappointed in belk. i’ve not shopped here in a very long while, so policies may have changed (obviously!) also, my kiddos received clothes from their granny at christmas, who kept gift rcpts for me to exchange for a different size.found a pair of chaps khaki school jeggings and a pair of earrings (bogo) upon checking out, i asked for prices on the items and was told 21.xx for the pants and xx for the bogo. deciding to purchase, i was asked if i had the app for an “extra 40% off”. glad you asked! why yes i do as a matter of fact i do.thinking i were getting 40% off a pair of 21.xx pants for my child, i whipped out the card and paid 23.xx! walking away after checking out puzzled i went back in to have the employee explain.so when you go to belk and think you’re getting a great deal, whether it’s a buy 1 get 1, or the classic % off, beware! these are off the original ticketed prices! false advertisement is done rather well at this place and they suck. what ever happened the hudson part of belk?
