She explained things every step of the way, gave us helpful tips, asked us what we wanted to know to help us with our taxes/finances, gave us advise to keep us from owing on our taxes. We asked about 401k. My son is changing to a new job and had questions on rolling over his 401k. She was very knowledgeable on all the subjects that we asked about. I actually worked at her H&R Block office as the receptionist last year. I saw 1st hand how wonderful Robin was with her customers. She always took her time with each client to make sure they understood everything that was happening as she filled out their taxes. I never had a single complaint about her. I did have a great deal of compliments about her and her sweet personality. She was a wonderful coworker. Not too good to do anything necessary to keep the office running smoothly.”
