I pulled in and put my card information in and noticed that pump did not have regular u leaded gas. I stood there after replacing the pump for the cashier to cancel the transaction for a while. Thinking she may be busy , I went into the store in the pouring rain to let her know to void the transaction on pump 8. She told me “there was nothing to void”. I explained that I had put my card information in and didn’t not pump gas and it want cancelled at the pump. She said again “there is nothing to void”. I said “okay”. I went to pump #1 to pump my gas. When I got to my friend’s house, I looked and sure enough there were 2 transactions for 2 different amounts.
To make it worse, I called customer service and explained what had happened and the guy I spoke to , Mohit S., said he could not locate the transaction. It may take 4 hours to see it:
I called back again, I spoke to a lady and she said she could not locate Mohit S and I had to explain to over again 3x. I was then told that she would file a report and I gave her all of my information again. At the end when I ask how long it would be approximately for me to get my money back, she said she could not give me an estimated time.
What am I doing wrong ??! This is frustrating.

Gas is reasonable price, but the receipt printer is broken on every pump and have been for about a year. Really no excuse not to have them fixed by now.

Used to be great. Now they are bad abo8t randomly closing at night so don't count on getting gas late at night and during the day they try to be a pizza place, so it takes 20 minutes to get someone to check you out on the register.

I was in the store tonight and the lady working was on her phone, did not greet me when entering the store or coming to the register she told me my total and asked if I wanted a bag no have a good night or anything even though I said it to her. Her phone conversation consisted of her saying the b word atleast twice that I noticed. This isn't the first time she's been unpleasant. Normally the other associates say hello or something when they begin your transaction but this lady doesn't every time I've had a transaction with her. I did give 2 stars because the others working here are friendly and nice.

I have been going to this store for about 4 years,they have great prices and the easy pay card is awesome.The employee's are great they will always greet you as soon as you enter the store.

This used to be a kangaroo express, now it's a circle k. Not the nicest but most gas stations aren't. I'm sure the apartment complex being built next store will bring in some business.
