Adam was so kind to me today when I stopped in and asked about truck rentals. I'll be renting a truck for a move soon and he made me feel so comfortable, I put my reservation in right away to pick up and drop off here. I didn't get to meet Miss Kim today but I'm hoping I do when I come pick the rental up bc I've heard many great things about her. Prayers for you Miss Kim! 🙏🏼This is the type of business I love to support. I'll update once we move but I know by how today went that this is a place you should go if you have needs of their services and want friendly and helpful advice and service. 😊

This is outrageous! I cleaned up my unit and moved out! They said that I would not get back the months that I paid in advance!! The sign in the lobby says “no refunds on the month you move out early. Nothing prorated” (paraphrasing). But to say that after I paid months ahead, I can’t get that refunded!!?? Yet I was told that I could always come back and have a credited balance! THATS EXPLOITATION!!!

Rented a budget truck and picked this location to pick it up. About an hour before I was suppose to pick it up I called to see if I could come early and the lady said that she didn't have any trucks. No one called me the day before or that morning to inform us that there wasn't going to be a truck ready. We were moving out of the state and had a 5 bedroom house to pack up that day. Terrible customer service would not recommend ever doing anything thru these people if they can't even give you a phone call to let you know they don't have the truck that you reserved at there location. Terrible terrible terrible the only thing the lady said was to call budget Truck Rental she no longer gave a s**** Sorry pieces of trash!!!
