Worst service ever! Literally picked out phones on our own and applied for affirm, got approved and told they didn’t have the phones in stock which would have been nice to know before applying yet just called and they have the phones now but nobody knows how to take the application for payment even though it is through who they offer. I literally scanned a barcode and applied in store only for the manager and reps not to know to apply it. I call and get hung up on when trying to make sense of it. I’m literally trying to give them $2200 and they would rather have attitude and hang up than make the sale. In all my reviews I’ve left maybe one or two negative and usually only bother to review if a good experience but this was the silliest excuse for service I’ve seen. Guess I’ll just order same affirm off Amazon atleast it’s backed.

It is a good place where you can purchase mobile phone service and also get Cea cell phones in cash or financed, they have very good customer service ?

Would not recommend this particular store go in one day to add a line guy says we don't have the phone but I'll pick up one from another store and bring it socome back tomorrow I go back and he's like oh I got the phone out systems are down so I go back the following day and lady says there's no phones in there so for 3 days they point blank wasted my time and lied ..I have every notion to switch phone companies I wouldn't even give it one star

I came in with alot of questions! Unfortunately, I do not remember the young woman's name who helped my sister and I but she was amazing and answered all of our questions. And was very nice, nice when we mentioned our mother passing and needing to handle her phone line. She handled it so professionally and was not awkward about it at all, as some people in the past have been. We really appreciated it.

I spoke with Brian on the phone and was so pleased with his knowledge and attitude, I drove 30 miles to go to this location after receiving poor service at my local Cricket store. In and out with the perfect phone for me.
