This is my new CVS pharmacy and I love it! The great staff handled moving my Rockwell CVS prescriptions with ease, and it gave me the peace of mind that I need in my 'golden' years. These folks are total pros.

Today I went into the pharmacy to purchase intramuscular syringes. The guy in a hat at the pharmacy told me he could not sell them to me unless I had a prescription profile there. I responded “interesting since I buy them without a prescription on Statesville Blvd.” He replied he could not sell them without a prescription. According to what I read NC law does not prohibit the sale of intramuscular syringes in NC. The number of syringes that are sold by the pharmacy can be limited. For the record, your syringes were cheaper than Walgreens that’s why I purchase from CVS.This is the second instance where I question the implicit bias of the people working in the store. I’ve observed other persons purchase syringes over the counter. I should be able to trust that the pharmacy staff will provide accurate information. You just lost a customer.

Heard the cashier, McKenna, talking to the gentleman in front of me. He was emotional as he had just lost his wife and sister and was all alone now. McKenna was so compassionate and kind to him. We both consoled him and passed on info for Hospice Bereavement even tho his wife nor sister were in Hospice care. I was very touched with McKenna's support of this gentleman. That's a young lady to be proud of. That's the kind of care I see in CVS on Avalon in Salisbury NC

The clerk was extremely helpful in making photos from my phone. She also found an item I was unable to locate. Very pleasant experience because of being valued as a customer.

My daughter ordered pictures for her wedding and a birthday and robin went above and beyond to fulfill the order! I’m sure she had to stay a little later than her shift to make sure they went through and the customer service over some pictures were complete shocking! I appreciate so much what she did. Something little can mean so much to someone. Robin keep being you!

My husband just had a major stroke and we have multiple prescriptions at this location. Today I called to see if the prescription from his md appointment was received. The man answering the phone said they did not have it. And I told him i've seen it on his chart, so I know it was sent. He then proceeded to tell me well that's great that you see it, but that doesn't have anything to do with us getting it. He was so extremely rude. I asked why he was acting like that and what his name was, and he hung up on me. So I called back and asked to speak to a manager, and they put the pharmacist jennifer on the phone. I told her what happened and her response was so what do you need? I said, are you gonna completely ignore the fact that you're employees are rude and hanging up on people. She then replied. I'll address it with him, not you. She was worse than he was, so I asked what her name was and she hung up on me! So I called back a third time and got the store manager who apologized and then ask what I needed and stood next to the pharmacist relaying what I was saying because they were too childish to even get back on the phone. I was in complete shock on how rude these people are. This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. A pharmacist is supposed to be a professional and Jennifer sure didn't act like it. And chris was not any better. I then called corporate and made a complaint because people that are sick should not have to be talked to like that, just to get their medicine and hung up on repeatedly.

There is two people who are absolute angels the sweet man with the beard and always wears a hat, and the woman with a high pitched voice who has shoulder length brown hair and she usually wears it up. Those two are not included in what I'm about to say!!! This cvs has the WORST pharmacist who berated my mother who picked up my rescue inhaler. I was sent to the hospital shortly after this happened to my mother, I was sick with the flu (worst one I've ever had!) She YELLED at my mother not knowing our situation, not knowing my oxygen was low I tried for 4 days to not being hospitalized cause of my sickness but the pharmacist refusing to let her get my second to last rescue inhaler sent me. I have no health insurance due to many life problems a lot of Americans deal with today so now I have a hospital bill for over $20,000! All because of a power hungry, inconsiderate, un-empathetic woman who thinks she knows everything. I told the hospital about my situation and they took the time to transfer my prescriptions and give me 18 months of refills with notes stating (in plain man terms) a DOCTOR obviously prescribed these prescriptions and ms. Stirewalt is allowed to have her monthly medications when she feels fit. Granted that was one of the most wonderful thing a doctor has ever done for me! But it doesn't help this specific problem. I encourage you people to move to any other cvs or rx near you. This place deserves none of your time or money! It is an absolute disgrace to pharmacists who actually care and I'll never stop telling anyone and everyone! DO BETTER E. INNES CVS!

The Pharmacist are Top Notch! I’ve made it a point to develop a trusted relationship with both Jenn and Patients (both pharmacists) and I have complete confidence and trust with all the staff there!

The pharmacy is THE WORST! I get the same medication refilled every 90 days. I call a week in advance to make sure they’ve ordered it. They will loe & says they will put in the order that day but It’s NEVER ordered until the day of. Then I have to wait an extra 3/4 days for it to come in.

I was looking for a gift for Vietnam Veterans day. A guy working there referred me to Wal-Mart. As the store didn't have the space to accommodate gifts.
