What makes the one in Granite Quarry worth driving to is the employees actual caring attitude, their willingness to help everyone, and their knowledge of inventory. Businesses are very competitive these days even among different stores in the same company but Dollar General in Granite Quarry is worth driving to if you're the type of person that likes knowing someone is truly listening to what you are saying and no they do not mind helping you.”
“I am very impressed with the new Dollar General on Briggs Road. I have noticed that it is always clean and that the workers tend to great me when I come in. At first, I was unhappy about the store being build in our community because I didn't want a business in our neighborhood. Then I saw the self checkouts and that also frustrated me. But from what I'm seeing, the self checkouts provide the workers with more time to stock shelfs and keep the building clean. They are always willing to answer questions and be helpful. Unfortunately, I've been to lots of DG stores, but that makes it easy for me to say that this store is fantastic!”

“Although a little slow sometimes due to registers not wanting to work properly, this dollar general is convenient as dollar generals should be, the employees are always welcoming and friendly. Sometimes it is difficult to navigate the store due to the stock not being put up, but it's no issue going around or finding a way through.”

She always has a friendly smile and laughs when holding a conversation, she help me find items when I ask and she always ask if I need any help. “I come in here often because it’s a convenient location for me. The staff is usually pretty polite and prices are decent but it would be nicer if the aisles were clearer. There is always carts of inventory in the way. They seem to be understaffed but that seems common for most DG stores I’ve visited.”

“Good store more days than not, clean mostly and we'll stocked with the product lines they carry, and most clerks are great. That said some employees are not the most customer oriented and the shelves are not all filled. They are also closing at random early times lately.”
