“My technician, Boris, was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and diagnosed my issue quickly. The problem I had was with the communication from Sears Appliance Repair. I got conflicting information about time of service on the day before the service and even the day of. About 4 hours after Boris left, I even got another text from them saying I was still on the schedule and they were getting to me still today.”
