No one EVER answers the phone e in the pharmacy. It is absolutely ridiculous that someone can call five or six times a day and every time a call is made you get the same message about callers being ahead of you. No matter how long you wait online no one ever picks up. This is totally 100% unacceptable and not a good way to do business.

This store is incredible! Incredibly awful. My doctor will call in a prescription and when I go to pick it up 24 hours later it is usually not ready and I have to wait for it. Sometimes I call to see if the prescription is ready and I most often get left to die on hold for as long as 20 minutes before I hang up. This happens almost every time.It is obvious that they are understaffed, but I guess that when you and your largest competitor have the local drug market sewed up you can concentrate on profits rather than customer service.If there was a viable way for me to avoid this place I would.

The store itself is great and the people are friendly - BUT... the pharmacy set up leaves MUCH to be desired. They are NOT efficient at keeping down long lines and wait times. The bulk of that I believe is that they don't have enough help and are far over using the ones that are there. This is likely out of their control and it comes from a corporate issue, but still and yet - it is the customer who suffers. Point in fact - just now on Jan 19, 2023 at 10:39am, I called to ask a question in the pharmacy about a covid test I was trying to schedule and immediately was told by a recording "We're sorry. Our staff is answering other calls. Please hold on and we will be with you shortly. There are more than 3 callers ahead of you". I waited through this and I was accidently cut off. I IMMEDIATELY called back and somehow - it went right back to "there are more than 3 callers ahead of you". - and STAYED the same for over 30 minutes. I think this is what they set it to on purpose - and they just cannot or don't want to answer the phone. This is inexcusable for a pharmacy not to be able to answer a phone call for over 30 minutes. Something is very wrong here. :(
