If you are the owner of this establishment and may be wondering why your sales are low, aside from shipments , I can tell you why. The customer service here is absolutely horrible. I use to bypass the Office Depot and Staples in our area to get all my prints done at this location. Never again will I make this mistake.
I entered the store with my wife and approached the desk immediately. I didn’t receive a greeting , nor a glance. The two girls didn’t even say we will be right with you. The girl at the front desk just stared at her screen. My wife and I looked at the employees and they didn’t even flinch. After 3-4 minutes of being treated like ghosts we just walked out.

Always a great experience.Spotlight on Kayla!!!She was so extremely helpful to me.Being a senior I sometimes need a bit of help with technology and she was very very helpful.She is very kind and polite..............the site won't let me leave a new review so I want to say that also T.K.is always very friendly and helpful.She is always willing to help .Very friendly and kind.

Very impressed with the professionalism and service shown by the store manager. I put in a print order and their location’s printer was having issues so she sent my order to concord and picked it up herself to get my order finished in time. Top notch service!

I spent so much time talking to the automated operator about why I was calling and she couldn't get it right and this lasted for several minutes. So I just hung up. Now I'm going to a UPS store.
