First time using Randy Marion CDJR for regular maintenance and recall fulfillment. Was very well pleased. Service Advisor Miranda was very knowledgeable and even let me know of an additional recall they would perform for me. Would recommend them for any of your service needs.

They got me in the very next morning after my car started giving me problems. Discovered I had a recall on the vehicle that ultimately covered my repair. They also offered a local shuttle to get me back-and-forth to work.

Incompetence at it's finest. After we informed them, they had a car we wanted in their inventory, we signed for it...and that's when they completely stopped trying in any capacity.The car was delivered to us the next day without having been cleaned, without all weather mats (that we paid for), and 3 hours late without any communication. Once at our house the salesman was trying to clean it with his baby wipes. There was oily fingerprints on the windows, the seats and the interior trim.Windows were supposed to be tinted, and they clearly rushed through that. There are bubbles in the tint on multiple windows.Then when asking about our weather mats, the tint be fixed and the car being delivered dirty, Nate Upright (their finance manager) got defensive and tried to imply that we should be thankful because he tried to save us as much money as he could. He was defensive, dismissive and just down right rude.There's zero accountability from the salesmen to the general manager. There is incompetence everywhere at this dealership. Beware and consider shopping somewhere else.

I’m so grateful to the staff at Randy Marion. Purchasing and financing a vehicle is not in my wheelhouse and I was so anxious about it. The team there was welcoming, excepting and quite literally walked me through it. I got the best deal you could imagine!!! I’m so in love with my jeep! Randy Marion has earned my business, and will have it again!

We took our Ram 1500 Hemi in for service and recall repair and we are very satisfied. The staff are very professional, great pricing for routine maintenance services and the services were prompt and thorough. It’s a very pleasant atmosphere. We drive in from 40 miles away because of these qualities. Thank you! We highly recommend this dealership to our friends and family.

Nate Upright got us into our new Jeep Grand Cherokee and we LOVE IT! service was impeccable, we never felt pressured and he is incredibly knowledgeable. Justin helped us with learning all the ins and outs of the Jeep. Overall wonderful experience. 10/10 recommend!

Service was good. Mechanic did not close hood completely. After I left got on highway noticed noticed hood kept popping up had to pull off and make sure hood was latched completely. Other than that very satisfied.

I was genuinely impressed! Last Monday, my Jeep Wrangler experienced a sudden mechanical issue, causing a total loss of oil pressure, and I found myself stranded. With my go-to handyman (my husband) out of town, I felt a bit lost. Thankfully, I chanced upon the Randy Marion Dodge Jeep Ram dealership in Salisbury.Not only did they diagnose and fix the problem within a few days, but they also kindly offered me a ride home. Miranda, in particular, was a pleasure to deal with — she was transparent about the repair process and kept me informed every step of the way.It's evident that under its new management, this dealership places a strong emphasis on quality service and a positive customer experience. I genuinely appreciate their assistance and would highly recommend them for any future vehicle issues. Kudos to the entire team!

Called to arrange a repair for my Jeep, took 2 days to speak with service the first time with a promise of a call back the next day. A week later I called them again and was told they were having an issue getting the parts but would call me back later that day with an update. It has been almost 2 weeks and no call back and my Jeep still needs repairs. I have washed my hands of Randy Marion and am working with another Jeep dealership who are on top of it! It's a shame that I have to go to a different town to get the same service, guess Randy Marion is more concerned about their commercials than actually helping their clients. Save yourself the grief and contact ANY other shop!

I am highly satisfied with my service at Randy Marion CJD. Not only were they very polite but easy to work with and reasonably priced. They did an amazing job and will definitely continue to go there for my dodge maintenance in the future!

Be ready for the bait and switch! Drove there 2 times to see a Jeep the pic is listed below. On the window of the Jeep it states the vehicle was dropped to $33,988 and it’s still on the pictures of the Jeep online. We test drove the Jeep(Salesman was very nice!) and was very interested, then it went South from here. I said we would be interested in the vehicle at the $33K was told it was not the price but they wanted to run some numbers. They came back with a price of 40k - 7k over the price listed on the Jeep. Then it got better they brought in the Big Gun Asst Sales manager to make the deal right and he dropped 1K ?. As we walked out it was a great learning experience for my daughter to see how “some” dealerships work and this was one of them. I told her they would call back before we got home and yep I was correct the Biggest Gun - Sales Manager called 30 mins later to help fix the situation but he would not honor the price on the Jeep. Randy Marion Thanks for helping me teach my daughter how the car buying experience should NOT be and you need to find a dealership you can trust and stick with them! So the lesson is don’t always believe what ya see and take a screen shot of it before you go in!!

Home of "Bait and Switch". Showcases "too good to be true" deals, and tacks on fees that inflates the prices as high as $8000.00 over posted pricing. If you want to get bent over, visit ANY of the Randy Marion stealerships and you can get all you want. If there was a lower rating than 1 star, they would get it. BTW Travis is the ONLY employee with integrity. He is honest and deserves to have own dealership.

If you need any assistance at all while looking at a vehicle online or trying to find something specific, give the Internet Sales Manager, Alex Gilland a call! He answered a lot of questions I had about a few different trucks I had been looking at and even found me a few better options. Very, very happy with the quick response time, friendliness and time taken to answer questions and help find the right truck for me!
