I went there for My CRV Service. Wonderful People thar Help and go Beyond the Call to Help. Kari even Helped Me Pair My New Phone to My Car. They Treat Others as Family. This kind of Treatment would make You want to buy a Car there.

Jessica is always friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be that the new management has decided to charge an extra 3% for credit card purchases. This is a rather archaic policy.

i recently went in for a check up and was so delighted to meet Joshua Mcllwain. Joshua made sure i understood what needed to be done and was extremely pleasant to deal with. I could tell he did not mind serving his customers. I would give him 10 stars if i could!

I purchased my Civic from them in 2015 and get it serviced every 6 months with them and they have always been very honest and kind and friendly. Absolutely love them!

I had my scheduled oil change appointment this morning at 8am. The service department is scheduled to open at 7:30. I waited out in my car until 8:30 for someone to show up and decided to call one of the other Gerry Wood dealerships to see if they knew what was going on. The woman I spoke to at Gerry Wood Kia informed me the service department was not opening until 10am due to the weather. I understand the delay, but why was I and the 2 other vehicles waiting not informed? I left and came home and I’m waiting on a phone call from the service department. So frustrating our time was not valued. It is now 10:11 and I am going to wait for a phone call. Update: I waited until after 11 to call them. The lady on the phone unapologetically explained the delay was posted on their website and they could not inform us because no one was there to inform us of the delay. I told her I guess I needed to reschedule. She said she’d try to get me in if anything was available. She told me 3 this afternoon after I explained to her this was my only day off. The customer service is poor and I’m honestly dreading my visit.

My Honda CRV had an air conditioning problem. I took it to Gerry Wood Honda in Salisbury. They fixed the problem and the price was very reasonable. I will continue to take my car there in the future.

This dealerships service department is atrocious! My 4 month old CRV had issues w the upholstery so I took it to this dealership bc I bought it there. I sat for 2.5 hours before I was told by Lisa one of the managers that they ordered the wrong part. They also told me after this error on their part that I couldn't use their courtesy shuttle to go home because I'm 18 miles away (15 minutes) and I would have to wait 2.5 hours more for them to put it back together or have no car for the weekend. Lisa also said "I apologize, I'd bleed for you if I could" which is not only condescending but also patronizing. I was justifiably upset by the situation and this was escalated by Lisa's rude comments and later when I told her what I thought of her unprofessional behavior what I thought of her in no uncertain terms she told me they were going to put my vehicle that had the seats torn out into the parking lot and I could take it elsewhere to get it repaired! The Chevy dealership next door's courtesy shuttle took me home and back- obviously Gerrywood Honda doesn't go that extra mile even as a consolation prize because they were incompetent in the first place. You don't expect this when u buy a brand new car n have to pay on a vehicle that you are told u won't have for the weekend!

Stopped by to set an appointment for an oi change and tire rotation for 2 days later. The service guy set it up for 8:15. Got a text the next day to remind me of my appointment at 2:30 the following day. Very confused but I brought it in at 8:15 like I was TOLD in person. Was promptly told that my car was scheduled for 2:30 and it would be there all day. NO THANKS. Horrible customer service. I selected 1 star because I had to select one. Doesn't even deserve one.
