It was an absolute pleasure working with Travis Grace as my salesman. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells, but he also showed me all the key features during the test drive, which helped me make an informed decision. Once the traditional haggling over the price was done, we were able to agree on a fair out-the-door price. Thanks to his expertise and helpfulness, the paperwork for my own financing was a breeze. Overall, I couldn't be more satisfied with the buying process at Randy Marion Honda of Salisbury, and I highly recommend Travis to anyone in the market for a new car. (4.5 Stars!)

We went in to look at the new Honda hybrid CRV. We left with a brand new car. Levi did an outstanding job of making us feel welcomed. There was no pressure to buy, and we liked our deal.

They really made my experience great. I had Larry as my salesman. He gave me great information and explained everything to me. Gave me options. Really glad I went to Randy Marion. Definitely will come back when the need arises.

I took my car in for the first scheduled service. Kari was my service advisor and she did a great job. Very freindly and knowledgeable. The work was completed very quickly.

Great service and Kari was so kind, always smiling. Received a very nice loaner for the day and I was impressed. Although saying all that, I had asked for alignment check and it wasn’t done. When I got my car back I was told my “maintenance “ light was on, which I was aware of bc it needed an oil change and my rear brakes needed replacing.I don’t like dealerships looking for repair work but in this case it was obvious and definitely a missed opportunity.

What a wonderful staff you have there. We were treated great from the minute. We came in till the minute we left. Jessica Linville is an asset to your team. She knew what she was talking about. She made it plain and simple for me, and she treated me like I was the only one in the entire place. What a great employee.

Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience here. One of the Sales Reps, Gary Junker, was extremely friendly and helped me identify the car I desired (2024 Honda Sport Hybrid). When I started the process of getting my old car appraised for trade-in value, the Sales Manager/Lead (I believe his name was Travis) got very aggressive and refused to let me leave unless I agreed to purchase a new vehicle "today". I denied his offer for the trade-in of my old car three times and he tried to increase the price close to what I requested, yet still he refused to return my car keys until I spoke with the Finance Manager. I was extremely uncomfortable throughout the whole situation and told him multiple times I wanted a few days to think about the purchase. I did not get my keys returned to me until I notified the Sales Rep (Gary Junker) I had an emergency and needed my vehicle back immediately.

Kari Lipe was amazing! I walked in needing an oil change due to being in the area, not knowing if it was possible to receive, being that it was 3:45pm on a Friday. Kari so sweetly said, I think we can work you in let me check and God bless her, that sweet young lady was able to work me in! Kari's smile, kindness and compassion was authentic! Her beauty truly shows from inside out! I will definitely be back as this was my first time here. The gentleman , her peer, that followed up with me, I am sorry that I don't recall his name, was the same as Kari! His precious smile and kindness shined! You both have wonderful customer service and hope your team recognizes you because, unfortunately, your kind of customer service is a rare find these days! You both sure put a smile on my face!

My 19 year old son was so excited to buy his first car and loved hondas, however he has had nothing but problems from the start. He bought a brand new honda from the Randy Marion in Salisbury and within the first week and a half of getting it, many of the check engine lights came on. We took it back and they said it was the transmission. They changed the transmission in a brand new car but then said it was the transmission control. They changed that too. A few months later the car is leaking transmission fluid. THE CAR ONLY HAS 1,300 miles ON IT!!! I took it back to the service station AGAIN and all they can say is, "You have to call Honda!" They act like it's my problem, when THEY SOLD ME THE CAR!!! They have the worst customer service and they are unwilling to solve this problem. They are taking advantage of a hard working young man who has worked hard to pay for this lemon. I will NEVER BUY FROM RANDY MARION AGAIN!!!!

Salesperson Brandon was very helpful and was a delight to work with. Unfortunately same cannot be said about either the sales manager or the finance manager. Brandon and I had spent some time negotiating on the purchase of a vehicle and the amount that they would give me for my trade in. After talking numbers with Brandon, we came to an agreement and I pulled the trigger and started the buying process. After almost 2 hours of waiting I FINALLY got to the finance manager and the original price and trade in value I had agreed on with the salesperson was nowhere close to the price that they had actually ended up charging me for the car. I would avoid this place at ALL COSTS!

Wonderful customer service. The staff made sure that my vehicle was ready for a long trip without trying to sell me things that were not needed. They let me know how long I could go be for making future repairs.

Called to inquire about lease price for a vehicle, and was transferred twice and then said they needed to have me speak with a manager, left me on hold for several minutes and then eventually hung up. Not great.
