Dawn made our experience less stressful and she was very helpful with getting us the best possible outcome, and explained everything very thoroughly. In previous years, I’ve gone to a different tax preparation company and always left confused and disappointed. This year was different. I’m glad we went to Jackson Hewitt.

I made an appointment & walk right in, sat down with Dawn. I was stressed out but she quickly took things under control. I absolutely recommend working with Dawn. Working with Dawn was the best tax experience I have had. Dawn made it super easy and convenient for me! All I had to do was send her my information and Dawn handled the rest. She got me the biggest return I’ve had this far!! I absolutely recommended her!!! 10/10.

Very friendly people at this location but, Idk why anyone who makes around 20,000 a year would ever go here. I worked less hours 2 years ago did my taxes myself on intuit for free and got back over 600.00. This year Jackson Hewitt said I'm only getting back 55.00 and I owe them 169.00. That math is messed up on there and I'm not happy at all. I'll never go back. 55.00 lol, what a joke ):
