“I first went to KAY jewelers with my girlfriend just wanting to get a complimentary ring sizing, but the friendliness of staff, specifically Ava, made us want to look at the rings offered and even try them on to see what we liked. Ava was very patient with us and really cared about our story and what we wanted in our rings. She explained to us certain ring terminology and laid everything out for us very clearly. The manager even came by and was super friendly as well. The staff as a whole were super personable and made me comfortable going back for multiple visits to figure out what we wanted until I finally made a purchase. When I bought the ring there were no surprises and I could tell the ring meant more than a sale to them. Even after being recommended other jewelers, I will 100% be sticking with KAYs from now on because of how friendly their staff are and how great the buying process was.
