My bloodwork order from my doctor was faxed over and when I arrived on time to my appointment they asked me for my paperwork again. I said that it was faxed, to which she said, “oh I know”. Then they proceed to complain about the amount of bloodwork ordered. This is the second time this has happened. I go here because my specialist doctor is an hour away. I don’t think the attitude is necessary when you are supposed to just be doing your job.

Went in to get a drug screen at the Salisbury, NC location well before 4pm, at 2pm, and after sitting in the lobby for 30min after my check-in, was informed that the phlebotomist had left early for the day. thanks for wasting my time and money, labcorp.

I had to get blood drawn I’m a pretty hard stick most times and I usually go home with my arms red and blue because of how many times someone has tried to draw my blood. Today Ms. Lauren stuck me ONE TIME and it was great it didn’t hurt I wasn’t uncomfortable it was quick and easy I appreciate her for that. I’ll ask to go here every time I have to get blood work done from now on!

Went in for a drug screening, was able to snag an earlier appointment and was in and out in a timely fashion! The staff was very helpful and kind to me.

LabCorp could do without the 2 sticker's on the floor. Stand here. Replace the tables with more seating/chair's. I had to stand up after I checked in. The four seats were taken. And the check in I have to resave my new address every time I come in. It refuses to save it and goes by what's on my I D every time. Need more chair's, thank you. Also a stand here sticker on the floor, first room on right.

I’m a fainter when it comes to blood being drawn but not today!! This lady was so gentle and QUICK, I didn’t even know it happened and I’m a MS patient so I’m no stranger to blood work! The customer service at this place is overwhelmingly great, I honestly have never laughed in a Labcorp before but they were just the sweetest ladies and got the job done! I arrived at 8 and I’m writing this review at 8:17. 10 stars is more deserving than 5

I had bloodwork today by Lauren. She was fantastic! Very kind and personable and she was able to get a vein quickly. Most people have to stick me many times to get a vein. I highly recommend them.

For the safety of their employees, no office of any kind should be open to the public when there is less than two people on staff. Labcorp, in the past, at this location and one in Concord North Carolina have mishandled samples I have provided for testing. When I turned in my sample today, Not only was I not greeted by anyone when I walked in the door and Not only was it 15 minutes before after yelling twice for assistance someone came out to speak to me, I was treated rudely. Understandably so, because this poor woman was forced to work with the public by herself. When I turned in my sample I was given no receipt or validation that my sample had been turned in and no guarantee that I consider reasonable that my sample would be handled correctly. As I stated earlier, LabCorp at this location and others have mishandled samples I have provided in the past. When I stated that I needed contact info so that I could register a complaint, or the individual that I spoke to informed me that they had several call outs and that the woman working alone was doing the best that she could. I expressed that it was unreasonable for employees to be expected alone when they are dealing with the public. I also stated dissatisfaction in the receipt process and that I did not believe that my sample would be handled correctly because LabCorp has failed me in the past at least twice. Find a better way to do business, labcorp. Perhaps if you treated your employees with more respect and compensated them better they would not call out and force someone to work alone with the public, something that is unsafe almost anywhere in america.Update 2/21/2023How long to samples take to process? We're one weak later and I wish I were proven wrong but test results shouldn't take 5 business days.

Staff are unhelpful. Tried to change address and pay bill. They refused to help. - Went twice hoping to find a more helpful person but that did not help. - Did draw my blood with one stick. Folks not very friendly. Think I will drive to another Labcorp in the future and hope for better customer service...

Should be Zero stars!! The staff are rude, unprofessional, & unsympathetic. This was not the first time I've been treated terribly but it is definitely the last time.

LabCorp in Salisbury is the World's Worst LabCorp in North Carolina. They received a One-Star rating but if given another option to choice they would receive a Zero-Star rating. The staff have unprofessional behavior. They are the worst, Horrid and rudest staff I've ever encountered. When questions needed to be asked regarding list questions on the kiosk no one was available to answer or when the receptionist were available she rudely dismissed the person that was asking the questions. LabCorp personnel was behind and the front lobby starting getting full when LabCorp staff loudly & rudely said all but four people can stay in the lobby but the rest of you "go outside"!! There was mostly elderly people waiting to be seen plus it was 98 degrees outside which is dangerous for any age group. She could have in a professional way respectfully apology for the delay and said because of COVID-19 we need to practice save distancing and thank the patients for coming and assure them you will try to get to them ASAP. To bad it didn't happen that way so I left without getting my test done.
